Drashti Dhami is here to beat them like a real boss with her morning workout routine.
Just a couple of hours back, Drashti posted a video of herself hitting the gym. In the video, Drashti is seen working on her already slender legs, performing a brutal movement to get those quads to look stunning at the same time growling with pain.
With light weight kettlebells in each hand, one leg forward, and the other rested on the bench behind, Drashti is seen doing quadricep finishers. A movement performed to stimulate hypertrophy of that muscle. Drashti performs this exercise while gently breathing out while pushing the weight up.
