Telly actress Smita Dongre who is currently seen in Kya Haal Mr.Panchaal has been roped in to play a crucial role in Sony TV' Mere Sai.

She will be pitted against Sai as a tantric woman, who will try to influence the people of Shirdi against Sai.

Smita has also played the role of Panna in Maharana Pratap in the past.
