Daljiet Kaur gets inked for the first time!

Tattoos are for life. So, when one decides to get inked, one chooses a design or mark, which has a deep meaning in their life. And Kulvaddhu actress Daljiet Kaur, who recently got a tattoo done, chose something quite special to her.

When asked about it, Daljeet said, "I got a tattoo on my arm. It's a Viking sign with my son's name JAYDON and a heartbeat." Talking about the meaning of the tattoo, Daljiet said, "The Viking sign signifies a fulfilling life. And, with my son's name with a heart beat, is my way to let him know that he is my life."

While a lot of people get tattoos done as fads, Daljiet says that her tattoo means a lot to her. She shares, "I take this seriously, and not as a fad. I think that a tattoo is the only thing you take to the grave and I will be more than happy to take my son's name with me."

And what about the feedback she has gotten regarding her new ink? She beams, and says, "Everyone is very excited because I am definitely someone who everyone thought would not get inked! I am super thrilled. Also, I did it on Gudi Padwa and it feels like it's the beginning of a new life for both of us (Jaydon and me). A new, happy chapter in our life."
