Story so far: Ek Duje Ke Vaaste', is about two friends Suman Tiwari (Nikita Dutta) and Shravan Malhotra (Namik Paul). Raised by her grandparents and Mama- Mami, Suman is present generation bubbly, vivacious girl. For self-respecting Suman, to pay off her mother's loan is the ultimate goal. Instead of enjoying life like girls of her age, Suman takes responsibility of household work as well as runs her own small venture (Central Tiffin Service) in Delhi. Submissive within the boundaries of her home, Suman changes into a contrastingly dominating personality when in the outside world, which gels with her pet name Sumo'. The only itch in Suman's life is absence of her childhood friend Sharavan Malhotra. Besties during their growing up days, Sumo and Shravan parted ways due to reason unknown. Hurt by it, Shravan goes to London for further studies. After 10 year long wait, Shravan (Namik Paul) is back in Delhi and Suman gets a chance to mend her relationship with her closest buddy.

What works: Unlike other romance fiction shows where the leads are strangers to each other, Suman and Shravan know each deeply due to their friendship. Nikita Dutta looks natural as Sumo'. Namik Paul with his brooding eyes and towering personality is absolutely drool worthy. Together they make a striking pair. Characters are sketched nicely, be it adorable Lalaji' or jealous Chachi' or no-nonsense type Ramnath Malhotra'.

What doesn't work: According to us, there is nothing that can work against this show at the moment. So far the story is moving smoothly which showcases different angles to everyone's personality.

Our take: Anyone who loves watching romance fiction shows without much melodrama, Ek Duje Ke Vaaste' is just for you. Young actors like Nikita Dutta and Namik Paul is sure to get nominated for one of the hottest pair on small-screen. As per the saying, Friendship can blossom into romance but not vice versa'! Ek Duje Ke Vaaste' will tell us otherwise. Can Suman be able to forge her friendship with Shravan? Will Shravan accept Suman's apology? Will the two fall in love? You need to watch this friendship-cum-love saga to know the answers.

AMAZING APPLAUSE WORTHY writing, performances by our leads Namik Paul and Nikita Dutta (whose chemistry gives us our beloved ShraMan), and an AMAZING title track. Nothing in this show has just been thrown together, the effort put into this show reflects in the finished product and it's hard not to love! Ek Duje Ke Vaaste, keep killin it!

Just love the new hottie on the block Namik Paul and cute girl Nikita Dutta. They are rocking as Shravan and Suman. Love the show and really enjoying the simplicity of the story,but the attention to detail given by the production. It's truly commendable.
