Starry Love Stories - Angad Hasija and Pari

Television industry is one platform where viewers see love blossoming everywhere, which develops into the sacred bond of marriage.
Angad says "My marriage is completely arranged where my mother saw Pari even before I did. She liked her in the first meeting and asked her hand to her mother. She is my best friend's sister and I never even had an idea about that".

Pari says "My mother-in-law knew my mother, and once when she came to the house, she saw me and liked me for Angad. At that time Angad was in Mumbai".

Angad continues, "I was called from Mumbai urgently and it's only after I reached Punjab, that I got to know the matter. Actually I felt a little weird at that time because I had never expected something like that to happen".

Pari tells what happened in the first meet.

"When he came to meet me, we were left alone to talk. But during that time I realized that it was only me who did all the talking while he was just sitting very quiet. I even asked him whether he has anything to ask me for which he said there is nothing bas mama ko bulao. I think I was just laughing throughout the first meet.  After he returned home, my parents got a call that he has agreed for the wedding. And today he says 'main to seedha saadha hun, aapne mujhpe line maara tha'"

Angad shares, "After the roka ceremony, we started talking to each other and became really close friends. There was a gap of one year before the wedding and during this period the relationship developed into love".

Pari adds "Whenever he came to Punjab, we used to meet along with my brother, because our family was very particular of such things. When in Mumbai, he used to chat with me on phone for a long time".

Angad was not a popular guy in the industry before marriage.

Pari says "Angad was very popular in Punjab and he was like the Shah Rukh Khan of Bollywood over there. All the songs and albums used to be filled with his face and I was really shocked and confused when the proposal came for me".

She continues "After the wedding we came to Mumbai on 26 Jan, the day he went for Bidaai's auditions, and by 1 Feb he started shooting for it".

Well, no doubts that the marriage and Pari proved lucky for Angad.

Angad says, "Pari never did miss even one episode of the show and she used to watch all the repeat telecasts as well".

Pari adds "I have all the collections of his shows, interviews and the award functions and I watch them too".

What about the onscreen romance and the girl fans?

Pari excitedly says "That's his profession and I do not have any problem with the female fans because I take care of his emails and accounts in Facebook and Orkut. Since Angad has no time for this, he has asked me to look into that and I have a fun time looking at the messages and mails. When I used to pass the message to Angad, he used to ask me whether I do not feel jealous and I used to always ask him, why should I".

Special gifts?

Angad says "I had gifted her diamond rings and kadha also. But I like gifting her gowns because she looks beautiful in them. Actually I decide her wardrobe and whenever we go out, I select the dress and the matching jewellery for her. Normally it's the other way round (laughs)".

Pari says "For the first Valentine's Day, after the Roka, I gifted him a 4ft tall bouquet of roses and he had sent me a heart that covered my entire wall. He had sent it through my mother in law."

Pari also adds what she likes and dislikes about Angad "Nowadays he sleeps a lot and I get bored. But I never used to disturb him because this is his break time after the continuous shoot for more than two years. What I like about Angad is that he is really down to earth and has a very loving nature and he has so much love and respect for his mother".

Pari has done her Physiotherapy but is not practicing because she is busy taking care of their beautiful two year old daughter Vaishnavi who Angad very lovingly calls 'Angel'.

Angad is busy these days rehearsing for Star Parivaar Awards which is going to be held in Macau and hence the Valentine's Day will be spent on that.

Their relation proves that arranged marriages are also beautiful, and marriages are indeed made in heaven.
