Shivin Narang (Last seen on Star Plus' Veera): My main aim during Diwali used to be food during my childhood days. Being a Delhite, I used to crave for the delicious food made on Diwali as you know Delhi ka khana' is just awesome! I am blessed with an amazing family so we all used to gather to celebrate it with my family and relatives. In Delhi, we used to have competition as who would get more crackers!
Mona Jaswir Singh (Currently seen on Sony TV's Pyar Ko Ho Jane Do): I was very naughty as a kid. I used to collect all the unburnt crackers and after collecting all of them in a box, I used to lite the box. One day my Mom caught me doing this and she scolded me a lot for this. Now when I see kids doing this, I warn them not to do such things as it can be dangerous. We should not pollute the environment and save our planet Earth by going Eco Friendly.
Tina Dutta (Last seen on Colors' Uttaran): Diwali has always been a noisy affair for me. It was always a holiday time for me in childhood. Diwali used to be all about shopping, dressing up in new clothes, decorating the house, making Rangoli and then spending money which the elders used to give us as their blessings.
Sourabh Raaj Jain Recently seen on Big Magic's Hazir Jawab Birbal): I remember that when I was in school, we were told that we should not burn crackers and from that year only decided not to burn crackers and since then I have been following this. I would advice all my viewers also to refrain from burning crackers. There are so many other ways also to celebrate Diwali.
Divyanka Tripathi (Currently seen on Star Plus' Ye Hai Mohabbatein): The only Diwali ritual which is close to my heart since childhood is visiting my Dadaji's place where the entire family used to gather. Every year my Dadaji performs all the puja and we all actually used to stand in a queue to take Prasad and blessings from him. This year too I am looking forward to do the same.
Arjun Bijlani (Currently seen on Colors' Naagin): I used to spend Diwali with all my family members. During my school days, Diwali meant holidays. Me and my friends used to burn crackers together and all my family members would eagerly wait for the Diwali special dishes made by my Mom.
