Everything has its pros and cons! Our celebrities do enjoy a great fan following but there are times when they are put in uncomfortable situations as well. One such recent incident has happened with actor Alok Nath on social media which has created quite a rage.
TellyBuzz quizzes your favorite stars to know more about the incidents when a fan crossed their limits and how the actor reacted in such a situation....
Divyanka Tripathi (Star Plus' Ye Hai Mohabbatein) - I can recall the days when I was quite active on Twitter and there came a phase when some of them became little harrowing by using in-proper language. I had to quit Twitter when I got too tired of it. Now, my Twitter is just an official Twitter handle for me; I don't visit there personally and interact with them there. It's a loss for some other fans though but I can stay away from one social medium when I can't handle all the fans everywhere. I reported a lot of people but nothing happened. We can't even delete the tweets mentioning our IDs on Twitter. That's why I just stopped visiting Twittter.
Harshad Arora (Last seen on Colors' Beintehaa) - Luckily, I haven't come across any such situations when a fan has crossed limits but it really becomes funny at times when people come and ask to click a picture with them and they don't even know who are we! For example, recently a person recognized me and asked to click a picture with me and just because he was clicking pictures with me, another person also asked me for it, unaware about my identity and the show I did. He asked me whether I acted in this show by taking different names of shows except Beintehaa. I refused to click pictures with him because I feel that there is no point when the person is unaware about my identity and wants to click pictures with me just because others are doing it.
Rati Pandey (Last seen on Zee TV's Hitler Didi) - Such an incident happened during my trip to Jodhpur. I was at a sweet shop and I was in a hurry because I had to catch my flight. Meanwhile a girl who was following me, came to me and she asked - 'Are you Nupur?' In a hurry, I denied and left from there. There was a lot of rush there and I was waiting for my car. Suddenly, that girl threw her slippers at me but thankfully it didn't hit me. I was already irritated that time and this irritated me even more. I just took her slippers and asked my driver to follow her Scooty so that I give her slippers back but her Scooty already crossed the signal and my car had to stop so I just threw the slippers towards her so that she can take her belongings back (laughs).
Karan Mehra (Star Plus' Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai) - The fans do cross limits at times but we have to be very patient with them. It happens so many times when we go out somewhere or the shopping malls when they come and try to touch you and hug you but we have to handle them very patiently. We can't be rude to them because somehow we are a part of their lives so with full right they come to us as they know us very well. We need to be very calm with them under such situations. I remember my trip to Tajmahal with Nisha when people were approaching us and wanted a hug. This has to me one of the most memorable incidents of my life.
Vrushika Mehta (Last seen on Channel V's Dil Dostii Dance) - I have never been annoyed by my fans but I am active on Instagram and I do read the comments posted by my fans there. Sometimes they do get very personal with their comments. I am very emotional and sometimes such comments make me cry. There are some people who support while there are some who don't but we can't force anyone to like someone. It's their choice and I try to be positive. We do get criticism for our work; sometimes I cry at it while sometimes I take it positively. I never get angry on it but I get hurt. I just read the negative comments and I think over it and share it with my brother. I choose not to reply to the negative comments.
Such crazy incidents indeed!.
