It is Baisakhi today. Not only Sikhs but everyone around the globe celebrate the festival with extreme zest, joy and gusto. Here are some of the television actors who speak about the festival, delicacies and much more.
Shaarav has kept me busy the whole day. Actually my day has not started yet. I am just watching a channel which is showcasing Bhangda. Besides this, I will visit the Gurudwara in the evening and also order Sarso Da Saag and Makke Ki Roti for this day. Let Shaarav also get the taste of the culture (chuckles).
We have been celebrating several New Years since past three months. For me, especially for the people from Mumbai do not really get to celebrate the festival with full zeal and zest. This festival is more for the farmers because this it is the time when farmers get the benefits to what they have reaped. It is their festival majorly and we do not get to see that in Mumbai.
Baisakhi today marks the New Year and a new journey. In this coming year, I take the resolution to be more positive and change my dream into reality.
There is nothing special that I will be doing for Baisakhi today. I will just treat myself with Sarso Da Saag and Makke Ki Roti. I am hoping that this New Year brings in success and prosperity.
I will be going to the Gurudwara in the evening, offer Seva and relish the Langar at the Gurdwara. Very honestly, I am not expecting anything from the coming year. I am happy with what I have got and I am sure God has planned the best for me. I am happy with what I have. To everyone, Happy Baisakhi!
It is Baisakhi today and I am shooting since morning till midnight. I have actually no time to celebrate the festival. I just want to work harder and make people happier. One thing that I will treat myself and the cast as well is the motichoor Laddos because they are my favorites.
TellyBuzz wishes everyone a Happy Baisakhi!
