As March 8 marks International Women's Day, actors of our Tinsel town share their view about the woman in their life and how much does this day holds importance to them.

Rohit Roy and Kishorilal Chadda from SAB TV's Peterson Hill:

Happy women's day to all the wonderful ladies out there... My life is run by three of them, my mum, my wife Manasi and most importantly by my daughter Kiara... Women are in every sense of the word the nurturers of humanity and all they want in return is kindness of thoughts, words and actions... They are not actually that difficult to understand... Love your special women back on this women's day and on every day post that for life

Sucheta Khanna as Pinky Chadda from SAB TV's Peterson Hill:

A woman's day is not really celebrated in lavishly in India, but in our scriptures it's always mentioned that women should be respected, but unfortunately in today's day women tend to go through a lot at every level and at every age, Gender discrimination, killing the girl child, rapes, domestic violence and etc. It's very sad. Taking into consideration that there is a day called woman's day let us be the privileged ones do our bit for our less privileged sisters by educating or helping each other morally. That could be one really fulfilling way to spend the day and in turn making every day a woman's day

Mansi Shrivastav as Shatabdi from SAB TV's Peterson Hill:

Well if woman didn't exist, nothing in the world would have any meaning". So being a woman is itself an accomplishment. But we need woman's day specially to signify their importance in our society. A woman is an image of love and dedication. This day has been recognized by United Nations to mark the contribution of woman in the society .As they say, God created man first but then he wanted to create something better, and guess what he made woman. Well If not superior, women are certainly equal to men in all the fields. Wishing all the women a very happy woman's day...

Manav Gohil as Yamraj from SAB TV's Yam Hain Hum:

"I have started celebrating this day in earnest after the birth of my daughter Zahra and Tabeetha. Not just because of her but because that's when I saw Shweta - my wife the might of a woman' that in many ways dwarf that of men. Women have played a very significant part in my life and growth. So once again I would like to look back at life and thank all the women who have contributed in any way to my personal growth. My teachers, my girlfriends, my classmates, my co-workers, my wife, my daughter and the most significant - my mom! Here's wishing you all a happy women's day!!

Atul Parchure as Chitragupt from SAB TV's Yam Hain Hum:

Women's Day is a very most important day in my life as my life revolves around 3 women my mother, my wife and my sweet and loving daughter and they mean the world to me and I do everything I can to make them feel special not only on this day but every single day, and to all the women in the world wishing you all a very happy woman's day.

Sumeet Raghavan as Vasant Ghotala from SAB TV's Badi Dooor Se Aaye Hain :

"It's paramount to have a woman in your life and to have to have the right woman and the same goes to the woman to have a right man in her life. I'm blessed to have Chinmai as my life partner. I always look up to my loving mother. I feel that my mom is the best woman, the way she has brought me and my brother up and the way she has taken care of my family. I have four wonderful ladies in my life my mom, my mother-in-law, my wife and my daughter - Diya. I am so lucky to have these exception women in my life. In short a man is incomplete without a woman."
Bakhtiyaar Irani as Ronnie D'souza from SAB TV's Badi Dooor Se Aaye Hain:

"Mom Sister Wife and a loving Daughter I am lucky to have them all in my life couldn't ever ask for more. I would not be able to live without them.

Dev Joshi as Baal Veer from SAB TV's Baal Veer:

Woman's day is a day that we celebrate to respect the all the women in the world... And I truly believe that every woman is special in their own way... and for me my mother who is always by my side in my journey through my work and studies...and her immense support  means the world to me.. She is always there for me and that is what makes her the most important woman in my life... Wishing all the lovely women in the world a very happy woman's day...
