Saurabh Pandey bags the lead role in Ganga Ki Dheej

Saurabh Pandey is back on television with Sahara One's upcoming show Ganga Ki Dheej..

Sahara One's upcoming show Ganga Ki Dheej, to be produced by Harry Baweja and Shabbir Ahluwalia's Flying Turtles has been in the limelight for quite a while now. As the shoot goes underway in Karnataka, we hear that the show has finally got its lead in Saurabh Pandey who was last seen in Tere Mere Sapne.

TellyBuzz has extensively reported about the star cast for the show. Kabir Bedi, Sanjay Nath, Leena Jhumani, Mohit Raina, Ved Thapar are an integral part of the show.

We also hear that Ashwini Kalsekar, popular for her role of Jigyasa in Kasamh Se has been roped in to play an important role.

We tried contacting Saurabh, but he remained unavailable. He was last seen in an episodic in Sony's Aahat.

Our source told us, "Saurabh Pandey has been finalized as the male lead of the show while new face Poonam will be the female lead".

Ashwini Kalsekar told TellyBuzz, "Yes, I am doing the show, but I cannot divulge any info. You can get in touch with the production house".

Ganga Ki Dheej will be launching sometime in September on Sahara One..

I think its going to be super hit..with all great faces..this show is going to rock...Saurva Pandey, Leena Jhumani wud luk rly nice 2gthr...and Kabir bedi is anyway great...Ashwini, Mohit raina, Sanjay Nath are fab too..
and ya Leena Jhumani is the main lead..Poonam is the second lead i got to know...i am waiting for this show to come on air....

this show will be seen if it will be launced at the time slot of 8 pm coz balika vadu is now boaring and jansi ki rani is still good but it is the safe time to launch a show................ i heard that Rekha is playing also a role in this show??
