Koffee With Karan is known for the candid conversations and kudos to Karan to bring out all the gossips straight from the horse' mouth. But the latest episode of the chat show with cricketers Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul went a little over the board.

The extreme revelations made by Hardik and Rahul oozed controversy. They both faced the wrath of BCCI, who instantly issued show cause for the derogatory comments made on women in the show. Hardik took to Twitter on Wednesday (January 9) to express his apologies. Well, finally, to end the controversy once and for all, the makers of the popular app Hotstar has officially decided to remove the episode from there.

On January 10, 2019 they pulled down the episode that consisted of the exclusive chat session of Karan with the cricketers.

Both and Pandya and Rahul were the first two cricketers to appear on this popular show.

Hardik and KL are in danger of facing a two-match ban as Supreme Court-appointed Committee of Administrators chief, Vinod Rai has recommended this punishment for the misbehaviour. Meanwhile, CoA member Diana Edulji has already sought legal opinion. He will be talking to BCCI top brass over the possible ban.

How is not a bit of fun...and when did he make racist comments? He is not forcing himself on anyone - the girls are happily willing to take part in whatever activities and if he says he has scored with many girls so many people do that - just because he is a celebrity he needs to be disciplined for that? Which century do we live in? And seriously is this something that important that needs to be made into such a big thing when there are many bigger issues in the country

It's not a 'bit of fun ishaan. Pandya made incredibly misogynistic and racist remarks and for a cricketer to say all the things he has said is not in the same vein as what he as a player represents. He represents the cricket team of India and understandably the BCCI are miffed.
But to be honest , I blame Karan as much as I blame Hardik Pandya- it's just a shame Rahul got dragged into all of this.

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my life...young men being playful and having a bit of fun - they are not forcing themselves on anyone are they?
