WHAT! Ekta Kapoor ROBBED, Files A Police Complaint!

Television's renowned producer, Ekta Kapoor, filed a complaint in Juhu police station last Saturday after she realized that a cash amounting to 60,000 INR out of the 1.5 lakh that she had in her bag went missing. The case has been registered under section 379 of IPC by the cops at Juhu police station, however no arrest has been made so far. 

 Speaking to a daily, a source close to her informed, "On Saturday when she lifted her bag, it felt lighter. On counting the cash, she realized that 60,000 was missing. She approached the Juhu police station and filed a complaint,'' 

Confirming the incident ACP Dattatraty Pandurang Bhargude, told, ''It could be the handwork of someone working in Ekta's Juhu bungalow. The accused will be arrested soon.''

Yet another source from the police station said, a team of three officers has been formed to investigate the matter. The cops have questioned five people, including the driver and domestic help. ''We haven't given a clean chit to anyone yet. If need be, they will be called for questioning again.'' 

''The addresses and bank account details of the five suspects have been taken on record. We will scan these details to find out whether the stolen cash has been deposited in any of these accounts. Or, whether they have given the cash to any of their relatives''. A police personnel well acquainted with the case informed, ''All the suspects who have been quizzed in the case have denied their involvement.'' He also said CCTV footage were being scanned to find out if any outsider entered her bungalow to commit the offence. 

We hope Ekta gets her money back!
