Awards in the Indian entertainment circuit always have their own importance and presence amongst the viewers and pop culture fanatics out there. But, where the actors and other people are the frontmen and get all the accolades, the people behind the scenes don't get the same appreciation as an acknowledgment.

However, the same has not quite been the case in recent times, where Indiantelevision.com's Indian Telly Technical Trade and Programming Awards have been presenting awards to the deserving people off the screen for a while now.

Held annually, the awards are now back after a hiatus, and in their fifteenth edition will be presented by programming software, Adobe Inc.

The awards will be given to technical crew professionals in several categories like writing, editing, production, videography, sound, and direction among others.

Several honorable people from the television industry will be gracing the event. The awards will be held on 28th October at Hotel Sahara Star.
