The fans of Life OK's popular show, Ghulaam were left shocked and disheartened by the news of the show's unanticipated axing after being confirmed that it would be the only show on the channel to continue after Life OK is rechristened to Star Bharat.

Whilethe fans have their share of anger, actor Bhagwan Tiwari, who played Bhishma Pratap in the show is also irked about a particular reason.

According to a leading news daily, the actor recently took a loan of Rs. 45 lakh on the assumption that the show would continue to run as expected initially.

However, the sudden decision to shut the show and not giving a notice to the actors has left Bhagwan irked and worried, who now has to find other means to repay the loan.

We hope Bhagwan's financial issues are sorted soon.

Ghulaam should have continued. Specially when Ekta Kaul was signed up & supposed to play the female lead. Can't understand the point of axing the show.

That's sad! Life ok is the most pathetic channel. They don't respect actors at all. Yes, they should have told the team in advance that they aren't planning to continue the show like they informed the cast of other shows of life ok. First, They decided to end Niti's character without giving her notice, then they decided to end the show itself without giving one month notice and also scrapping ekta's entry. She sounded so prepared for her entry. Pathetic channel.
I hope and pray bhagwan tiwari finds the new work soon and solve the financial issues. Sending all the prayers.
