We live in a beautiful country called 'India' in which there is a mixture of orthodox and unorthodox people. While the younger generation is moving forward, the elders are still conservative.

The promo for the second season Of Parvarish is out and it is something that we all can relate to. The promo shows an over protective mother and a laid back father along with their young daughter. The daughter seems like a fun loving extrovert and the mother is constantly worried about her taking up a wrong path!

The concept is made clear by the promo but honestly, we have never seen or heard of any parents who are so insecure! There might be such parents but the probability is really low. The times have changed and our parents have changed too.

Talking about how the promo has been shot. The costume and make up department went all the way out on this promo. In the beginning of the show they show the conservative mother walking in with a cloth bag full of vegetables and a loaf of bread. This indicates that she has come back from the market. There is nothing wrong with that. But if you take a closer look at the character she is wearing a beautiful Saree and lots of jewellery! Like really a lots! It seems as if she has returned from a kitty party and not a market!

The lighting setup of the promo is quite impressive and attractive. The bright colours have a positive vibe to it. Direction is also up to the mark. The promo assures one thing for sure and that is Quality work.

The show will go live later this month and has raised quite a lot of expectations. Will the show keep up to our expectations or would it raise the bar a little more? Only time shall tell.

Episode 10 - The way in which RIA makes her mother apologize in front of others was absolutely wrong. This is not the way a parent should say sorry to their own children. There is a limit to such non-sense. The director and his advisers are completely out of their mind if they think showing such a thing was right. Very wrong cultural values was displayed. I am going to make sure my family and kids dont watch this program at all.

IF waalon , please review the content before posting, this analysis doesn't make much sense. People can buy veggies after leaving the party, not against the rules?And on probability of parents who question their children being low, i don't agree. Many such parents do exist, and why is she being labelled conservative on basis of the promo? Conservative is someone who holds onto traditional value, or is averse to change. The mother here is probably just looking out for her teenage daughter. bit extreme but harmless.

I don't like Parvaarish type shows. I understand it has a different audience. I want a love story. Sad that shows like Mooh Booli Shaadi, Hum Hain Na ended so soon.

IF needs better writers or rather better analysts.Such a stupid analysis of a promo.
What if the mother has bought veggies and bread while coming back from a party? Such useless points in the analysis.

Come on! There's nothing wrong with a parent who has a conservative approach. Parents in general can be different depending on their own nature and upbringing. But their concerns for their children always remains the same. Every mother and father worries for their child. I don't know why this article is making it sound so bad. Anyways, looking forward to the new season. It seems promising :)
