Kolkata, Oct 26 (IANS) Bangalore-based management consultancy and product design firm Shining Emotional Surplus Thursday unveiled a unique UPS system designed for IT hardware and peripherals company WeP Peripherals Limited.
The innovative design, part of the corporate transformation programme undertaken by Shining for WeP Peripherals, aims to move the UPS from its conventional spot below the working desk to become part of the working desktop, Shining founder Shombit Sengupta said.
The new product has been incorporated with value added features such as mobile phone charger, clock and a CD rack to transform the device into a stylish desktop accessory, Sengupta said.
Shining also undertook the corporate transformation strategy for Gati to make it India's first global express cargo company.
As part of the transformation programme Gati would adopt a new corporate motto 'Ahead in Reach', which captures the company's target and vision.
