Bangalore, Oct 26 (IANS) Manthan Systems, a specialised software solutions provider in retail and consumer goods sectors, has set up shop in London to serve its European clients and target business growth in retail analytics market.
According to a company statement here, the new facility in Britain will enable it to support local clients and provide access to its network of analytics specialists.
'With over 40 clients worldwide in our domain space, we have recently bagged some marquee customers in the fashion and apparel space and specialty retailing segments in Britain,' Manthan CEO Atul Jalan said.
The company, however, did not disclose the investments being made to expand its presence in Europe. Some of its recent customer wins are McDonald's, Woolworths, Matalan, Selfridges, Haggen supermarkets and Haggar Clothing.
'In three years of our operations, our products and services such as Astra, ARC and Awave have enabled clients across verticals to make operational and strategic decisions by leveraging innovative business models,' Jalan said.
The company's growth plans include office expansion globally and hiring of several hundred professionals to keep pace with its revenue and demand growth worldwide.
'The expansion will strengthen the company as a leading provider of retail analytics,' Jalan added.
