[BIRTHDAY BASH]
Next day he woke up freshly..
Yesternight for the first time nightmares werent a part of his sleep...
After a consolation given to him by her full of care affection and so pure...
He was fresh...
Fresh for the first time...
He took a deep breath...
The burden on his eyes was lessen...
He stood up and got ready for office...
After reaching office on opening the door of his office he got a warm smile from his P.A...
Which was not returned by him...
"How are you???"
She said still smile plastered on her face...
"Fine.."
Was just she got in reply...
Mr. Rude again made a sheild of arrogance around him...
"Ufff...is ka kya hoga???"
She thought...
He sat on chair and indulge himself in his life...
his work...
The only thing by which he remains calm...
She looked at him in disbelief...
She sat on chair in front of him...
Her eyes went on his face...
It was dull...tired...
And contained some fear...deep fear...
She was observing his face when he felt a gaze on himself...
He looked up only to find Tanu staring at him...
He gave her a "what???" Look...
She just shook her head and looked down...
He also started looking at his files...
Silence prevailed all over in office...
Tanu was looking at files but was lost in her thoughts...
Not her thoughts...
but the thoughts of Rishi...
She wondered why he said..."It was all my fault..."
Why he said that "everyone left me..."
Why he said that "she will also leave him..."
She was all confused...
What kind of fear was that...
What kind of nightmare was that...
What is the reason he is like that...
Why everyone left him...
THUD!!!!!!
A sound which broke her reverie...
She looked up and found him picking up the files...
He looked at her and found her staring at him...
as she saw a ghost...
"Sorry.."
He said and again sunk himself in his files...
She just smiled at him...
She found a new side of him...
A new side which she had never seen before...
And she loved this side of him...
Loving caring handsome charming and an attractive one...

In lunch time Tanu met Ahana...
"How are you???"
Tanu said smiling ear to ear...
"I m fine...seeing you after a long time..."
Said Ahana
"Yr bus busy hoti hon...tmhe to Rishi sir ka pata hai na..."
She said showing her grief...making a pout...
"Hahhahaha...han wo to hai..."
She said laughing at her pouty face...
And Tanu just smiled in return...
"By the way how is ur time going with Rishi sir..."
Ahana said winking at her...
"He is so sweet..."
She said and a smile adorned her lips...
"Seriously??? First time someone is saying this..."
Ahana was shocked on Tanu's reply...
"No he is not bad..."
Tanu said smiling...
"Hmmm...i see..."
Ahana said winking at her...
"Not like that dude..."
She said making a pout...
"Hahah...just kidding yr..."
She said laughing at her act...
She just smiled in reply...
"By the way Rishi sir ka birthday arha hai..."
Ahana told her...
"Oh wow!!! Thats great... when???"
Said Tanu and excitement was visible in his voice...
"Its 22 october...but..."
Ahana was about to tell her something but at that time someone called her...
He was Ramesh...their co-worker...
"Coming..."
Ahana said to him
And then turned to Tanu...
"Talk to you later..."
Ahana said...
"Ok..."
Tanu said and both left to their works...

At ni8 she was walking to and fro in her room...
Thinking about Rishi's birthday...
"What should i do??? 22 october is tomorrow..."
She was thinking continuously because she has to do something special...
An idea clicked in her mind and then she went to sleep happily...

He woke up in the morning...
but not with alarm but with the ringtone of his phone...
He woke up but his head was aching as he cried and drank too much last night...
He picked up his phone and it was his P.A's number...
"Yes..."
He said with sleepy voice turning on his left on bed and pulling the blanket over his head...
"Rishi you have to come to office..."
She said hustly...
He was shocked that why didnt his alarm rang...
He removed his quilt and looked at the clock ...
It was seven...
"Its seven o'clock and office timings are 8 o'clock...please for God sake Tanu let me sleep..."
He said with a sleepy voice with a sad pout...
And rolled the quilt over his face again...
"Rishi...please dont be lazy...its an emergency..."
She said...
"Emergency???"
He said now with properly opened eyes...
"Yes emergency..come fast..."
She said and disconnected the call...
He stood up washed his face and ran towards the car...
He drove the car abruptly...
He reached office but there was total darkness inside...
He switched on the lights but no one was there...
"Tanu..."
He called her...
And his voice echoed in office as there was a pin drop silence...
He entered his personal office and just on opening the door lights turned on and he was shocked to see the scene...
Tanu was standing in front of him...
Holding a cake...
And the room was fully decorated with balloons...
She started singing a song...
"Happy birthday to u...happy birthday to u...happy birthday happy birthday...happy birthday to u..."
Smiling ear to ear...
She stood there with cake...
He moved towards her stil in shock...
Eyes fixed on her...
He stood in front of her...
She was smiling widely...
He hit the plate of cake with his palm...
And on the very next second it touched the ground...
She looked at him in disbelief...
"I dont celebrate my birthday..."
Was just he said clentching his teeth in order to control his anger...
And turned his face away...
She was hell shocked and the words slipped from her tongue...
"But why???"
He suddenly turned towards her...held her by her arms tightly and pinned her in wall...
"Because i hate myself..."
He said in angry...
"Its hurting Rishi.."
She said holding his hand by which he was holding her arm...
Tears were flowing from her eyes...
He left her with a jerk...
He hit the things placed on table with his palm...
Which fell with harsh sounds...
She held her ears with her hands...
Eyes tightly shut ...
He glared at her once and then left the office...
She knew that it wasnt the reason he dont celebrate his birthday...
But she didnt knew the real reason...
She removed all the decorations abruptly and left the office crying all her heart out...
