As per Devi Bhagvat: Skandh 9- Adhyaya 50,

Initially when Goddess Bhuvaneshwati created Universe, Radha-adisthatri of prana & Durga adhisthatri of Bhudhhi, appeared. Liberation can be achieved through their kripa.

Radha's mantra is, "Hrim Radhaye swaha".
This mantra is called chintamani- all wish fulfilling mantra.

In Golok, among rasa-mandal, Krishna was initiated in this mantra first. He then gave it to
Vishnu. Vishnu gave it to Brahma. They all did japa of this supreme mantra.
Without Radha's worship, one is not allowed to worship Krishna.
Radha is adhisthatri of Krishna'a prana. She is always with Krishna.
Due to some reason, she was born as Vrishbhan's daughter on Earth.

Durga is shakti of Shiva, She appeared to destroy grave problems, faced by all.

Her 9 lettered mantra is, "Aim Hrim Klim Chamundaye vichhe".
Saptashati path is an important aspect of Durga's worship.
Her worship gives chaturvidh purushart- Dharma, Arth, Kam, Moksh.
