I felt the arrows piercing through my body and soul;

But the magnitude of agony dawned upon me when I saw..
The one holding the bow was my loved one.
She felt the flickers of flame burning her nest.
She felt the cold fingers of anonymous entity strangling her hope.
She felt the sheer terror of unknown calamity.
She felt her dreams slipping through the gaps of her fingers.
She felt the pierce of the daggers.
She felt the singe of the burning amber.
She felt it all... and yet..
She denied.
and yet she loved.
and yet she trusted.
and yet she hoped.
and yet she lived.
A dagger in her guts; a dagger in her back; a dagger in her heart.
She was feeling the hurt.. yet choose to unfeel.
She was seeing the unseen.. yet choose to unsee.
For she believed too much.
For she trusted too much.
For she loved too much.
and then came her death.
When she SAW.
The hand holding the dagger was that of her loved one's.
And then came her dreams, hopes and life crumbling down.
And then came the agony.
And then she bled.
and then snapped the gossamer thin yet titanium thread of hope and belief she was holding onto.
She saw her own destruction. And all she could do it stare and scream in silent disbelief.

And all that remains of her.
The saddest thing about betrayal that it never comes from your enemies.
A man she loved.
A girl she trusted.
A soulmate she gave her soul too.
A friend who held her heart.
Sometimes; the person you'd take a bullet for... ends up behind the gun.
Husband and a best friend.
Soulmate and a Soul sister.
Her world and her family.
Her murderers.
Here lies Mauli...
And all that remains of her.
When you are broken into pieces.. you gather your shards and move on.
When you are ripped into shreds.. you stitch those threads back and move on.
When you are burnt into ashes... You rise from the specks of the dust and move on.
What will you do.. when you are betrayed by the ones you thought the world of. Gave your world to. And loved and trusted with all your being?
You cease to exist.
What can you do.. when all that's remains of you is... nothingness!
