Yes big loans are possible. And the name can be whatever she chooses to put on it. It could have been in MILs name for all we know. We know her intent is pure and she is not going to hadapo the clinic.
And yes if you show a good enough income stream/cashflow and collateral she can get a good enough loan. Also it doesn't have to be several crores she is just opening a small private clinic not a huge hospital in middle of downtown bombay
