competition between bahurani and Begum

being spotted where, when, with whom?
daily this news about them, being spotted at the airport, sangeet parties, race course, sports event, ...with makeup, without makeup, ..with Taimur, without, with Aradhya...
koi movie ki news nahi aati, even if movie news come, they are shelved, stalled for some reason.
or, if movie comes, 99.9% chances, they bomb, and then they are spotted again, at Arora sisters party, celebrating.

well...at least this keeps them in limelight.

begum shayad apni role mehh shine ho jaaye, but mujhe bahu sehh kuchh zyadaa umeed nahi hai, when it comes to acting. wohh shine hogi sirf beauty mehh, like in adhm.

You know what .. I'd read an article some time in the late 2000s. It mentioned how not many actresses of Kareena/Aishwarya's batch could stay that much relevant in spite of giving at least a few hits in their career but these two (Kareena and Ash) always managed to remain in limelight and bag big films in spite of not having a great track record at box office. It was said that the only reason that these two were always popular was because neither of them was that affected by their films doing well or bad because they kept themselves in news and media limelight all the time without fail. That these two knew that the longevity of their careers was dependent on playing the media game right and not by doing the right films only.

Actually begum did look good on the VDW poster (that picchwada and side look pose). Bahut mehnat ki hain to get in shape after delivering the baby of the year and of course has to show off.😛

Fingers crossed for Ash... she looks good in her new highlights for that movie. Baaki sab upar waale ki marzi.

They have most loyal fans. Regardless of hit-flop status they are always in news. They are not affected by anything. I dont see any other actors surviving this long. They can still be relevant next 5-10 years very easily. Love or hate, you cant ignore their presence.

The only reason these two are in the news is due to their PR, who actually does a very good job to make them seem relevant.
