Arundhati is a story of 2 different women whose fate are interconnected all though there is a difference of 80 years in between one's death and other's birth. Arundhati , a young beautiful girl gets engaged to her lover and everyone is very happy about it. Back in her village , her grandfather also gets very happy about it and talks about it to Chandrama , an elderly woman  and an very old maid of their ancestral home. Although , she is old and caretaker of that home , she is given the importance of a mother by everyone in the house . She gets happy to know about the engagement and also after learning some facts about arundhati , she confirms that Arundhati is Jejamma. But in between all the happiness , there lays a deep horror in the form of an old dilapidated palace just opposite of the ancestral home of Arundhati in Village. A series of events , forces arundhati to come back to her Village. She is a modern day girl hence doesn't believes in Ghosts , reincarnaiton or anything super natural but a series of strange events makes her believe that there is something unnatural around her. She questions about the palace and the existence of Jejamma to Chandrama . Chandrama reveals to her and everyone about the History of the Palace and who was Jejamma. During all these , the horror that was supressed deep in the palace unleashes itself which turns Arundhati's life upside down. What is that horror ? Who is jejamma and how is she connected to Arundhati? How will she fight with all the evil powers alone ? Can she save herself and the people around her forms the crux of the story.

The movie released on 16th January 2009 with huge positive reviews and critical acclaim. The movie was a big box office blockbuster and became second highest grossing telugu film of all time. The movie established Anushka as the top notch actress and also set the trend of female oriented movies . It was later dubbed in Tamil and Malayalam with same title and in Oriya as Matrasakti. The movie was also remade in bengali and it was a big hit too. The movie is dubbed in hindi as Arundhati - ek annokhi kahani. Anushka won all the awards that year , wherever she was nominated.

That's something just words cannot describe my emotions on watching Anushka as Arundhati.. In fact I really didn't like Anushka as the normal girl as Arundhati has such an impact on me that I can't watch the scared one.. 😆

I directly jump on to the Flashback and can never get tired of watching it again and again..

This is a Telugu romantic comedy movie which revolves around the character Vicky and Priya. Both of them are poles apart since their childhood. Vicky being a self centered and non adjusting ambitious guy and on the other side Priya being a soft hearted , adjustable , lovable family girl. Their fathers are friends since childhood , so they decided to get their kids married with each other. Naturally both of them disagree to it but due to the influence of their parents , they give it a chance. Vicky along with his family reaches Priya's home. Although , they both troubled each other in every way but later reconciled and became friends. With passing time , they both decided to take their relationship to next level. When the two families came together to decide their marriage dates , a phone call changes everything for Vicky and he leaves for Australia. Vicky meets Maggie and finds her suitable for him , but fate brings Priya back in Vicky's life . What will be fate's game for Vicky , Priya and Maggie and  how will they sort their lives from it forms the crux of the story.

The movie was released 22nd April 2011 with Prabhas , Kajal Agrawal & Tapase Pannu as leads. The movie opened to mixed to positive reviews and was a huge hit on box office. The movie along with it's cast and crew won awards with Prabhas getting nomination as Best Actor in flimfare awards. The movie was dubbed in Malyalam and Tamil under the same title and in Hindi as No.1 Mr Perfect.The music was composed by Devi Sri Prasad . The movie was released in Andhra Pradesh in 800 theaters & in rest of India with 200 prints. The movie ran for 50 days in 130 centers & 100 days in 15 centers. The total box office collection was 28 crores. The satellite rights were owned by Gemini TV at 45 million.

The story revolves around the life of Ravi , who is a village boy. Although not bright in studies , but he is hailed by everyone for serving justice to everyone and punishing the evil . He dreams to be a honest police officer , just like his idol IPS Devraj .  His parents send him to collage for further education. On his way he meets Susheela , a beautiful girl and falls in love with her. He joins a collage and befriends a girl whom he considers as her sister. Everything goes well until he crosses paths with the city goon Kattaboman and his son Chella , who tries to use their power to supress and finish Ravi at all cost with the help of corrupt police officers. In between , a harsh truth about IPS Devraj also gets revealed . How will Ravi handle all the problems Chella and his father is creating along with fulfilling his dream of serving the nation forms the crux of the story. 

This tamil movie features Anushka Shetty and Vijay in leading roles. The movie was released on 18th December 2009 and was a huge commercial success making it one of the highest grossing movies of 2009. A lot of actress were considered for the leading lady of the movie but ultimately Anushka was choosen and she went on to bag Vijay Award for best actress of the year , for this movie. The movie's music was also a hit and the Satellite rights were sold to Sun TV. The movie is dubbed in hindi as Dangerous Khiladi 3.

The movie revolves around the life of a young man Rishi , he reaches Hydrabad and starts to investigate about Stephen Robert. Even though scared , some people help him to reach upto some people who could help him get to Stephen Robert. During this process , he reaches Bangkok and meet Nandini , who is a daughter of one of the important people of Stephen Robert. They fall in love and Nandini reveals that she hates violence and thus stays away from her father . Rishi convinces her to get a pic of Stephen Robert from her dad. Nandini and Rishi reaches Hydrabad where Nandini tricks her father to show the pic of Stephen Robert. She shows the same to Rishi. Next day, Nandini witnesses Rishi having a gang who are gunning down some goons and Rishi kills 2 people with whom he had tiff earlier. She confronts Rishi about his identity and past. Who is Rishi , where did he come from , who are the people who are supporting him , who is Stephen Robert and how Rishi is connected to them forms the story.

Rebel stars Prabhas in the main lead. Anushka Shetty was taken as the leading lady but the movie shoot was getting delayed from a long time due to which she opted out of the movie. Tamannah took Anushka's place in the movie as the leading lady. Deeksha Seth played the second lead in the movie. Krishnam Raju , Prabhas's uncle played his father making it their second movie together.The movie was released on 28th September 2012 with a good pre release business. The movie was a mass oriented yet stylish movie which collected 33.35 crores net (in first week) in it's first weekend  with a release in 950 screens worldwide.  

The music of the movie was given by Director Raghav Lawrence , earlier it was decided that the music will be given by S.Thaman. The movie was dubbed in Tamil as Veerabali , in Malayalam as Rebel and in Hindi as The Return of Rebel. The hindi version was premiered in Set Max channel which garnered a good TRP. 

The music launch was done in a grand way but the pics and videos are scattered on the net , hence I am not posting it here.

Anushka performed for the title track track of the movie Kedi , named Kedigaru . The movie had Nagarjauna and Mamta Mohandas in the lead roles and the music was given by Sandeep Chowta. The movie was released on 12th Feburary 2010.

A trendsetter movie in Tamil which Stars Suriya and Anushka Shetty as lead and Prakash Raj as the main antagonist. The movie revolves around the life of an honest , strong and powerful police Officer Singham , who lives in his village and solves all the matter peacefully and tactfully . He meets Kavya , a girl who has came to meet her grand parents in the same village. They fall in love with each other. Singham is an honest officer , thus doesn't gives in the demands of any criminal which angers the City goon Mayil, who was dragged to the village on Singham's orders. Singham gets transferred in the City where Mayil and his people trouble him . How Singham deals with them and restores justice in the City with corruption all round forms the crux of the story.

The movie was Suriya's 25th movie7 released on 28th May 2010 . Anushka was selected out of  many shortlisted actress. The movie's success had lead to it's sequels making Singham series as the highest grossing Tamil movie Franchise. The movie was remade in Hindi as Singham which was directed by Rohit Shetty starring Ajay Devgan & Kajal Agrawal . According to news , Anushka Shetty was also approached to play the lead in the hindi remake but she refused due to some reasons after which Kajal took her place.The movie was also remade in Kannad as Kempe Gowda & in bengali as Shotru.The movie was made in a budget of 15 crores and had a box office collection of 75 crores. The movie was also released in Telugu simultaneously named Yamadu .The movie is dubbed in Singham the fighterman.

Jai , a happy go lucky young guy in Itlay meets a troubled girl Mansa . They become friends and he makes her believe that life should be lived with love rather than violence and hatred. Mansa feels happy with him but refuses to stay with him as her family back in India is very dangerous. They are violence loving and women supressing people & she isn't willing to dream big for her too. Jai determined leaves for Hyderabad, India. He takes admission in one of the collage and befriends a collage goon named Poorna. He saves him and slowly makes him realize that not violence but love  & repect ultimately makes life peacefully. Poorna changes himself and takes his new friend Jai to his village where his family stays. It is revealed that Mansa is Poorna's cousin and now stays in their village home . Mansa gets shocked to see Jai but Jai makes her believe that slowly he will change everyone's attitude in the house and village. Jai sees the violence in the village and slowly makes everyone realise that it is useless to fight. Only one person didn't left violence and that was Poorna & Mansa's Uncle Uma , who feels that a real man should always go for violence and revenge. Uma and his men have a target , Deva & his family from the next village. Uma wants to finish them off due to age old rivalary with them. Meanwhile Mansa falls in love with Jai & confesses it to him. That's when Jai reveals his true self & motive for coming in this village. Who is Jai ? How is he related to the events happening in these 2 villages & what are his hidden motives forms the rest of the story.

Mirch stars Prabhas , Anushka Shetty & Richa Gangopadhay in lead cast . Indiviually this is Prabhas's 16th movie & Anushka's 27th movie & second movie together. Mirchi was made under the production of UV Creations. This was the debut project of UV Creations . UV Creations is owned by Pramod Upplapati (Prabhas's Close Cousin), Vamsi Reddy (Prabhas's childhood friend) & Vikram making UV Creations as Prabhas's own production house. The movie was released on 8th Feburary 2013. The movie opened with great positive reviews and excellent box collections.The movie was earlier titled as Vaaradhi, but ultimately titled as Mirchi. Mirchi had the highest number of international screens for release in Telugu , in USA alone with 176 centers. The movie did a pre release business of 20 crores. It was highly anticipated movie and is Prabhas's biggest non bahubali box office blockbuster till date. The music of the movie was given by DSP & all the songs were huge hits till date. The audio launch was done in a great way with S S Rajamouli & Krishnam Raju being the cheif guests of the event. 

The film was nominated for different awards & won a lot of awards for the cast and crew. Anushka was nominated for best actress in filmfare awards. Prabhas was nominated for best actor in Nandi awards , filmfare awards & south indian international film festival, out of which he won Nandi Award for best actor. The movie was dubbed in Hindi as Khatarnak Khiladi & in Malyalam as Mirchi. The film was remade in Kannada (Maanikya) & in Bengali(Bindass)
