Kunthala and Devasena (Chapter 2)
Unspoken yet spoken for its pure beauty, the kingdom of Kunthala was the most beautiful. It had a golden infrastructure and a blue-sky landscape to accolade the grandness of the dynasty. It was known for its pure golden scenery, it's beautiful purity, there were no words to describe such a palace.
Amarendra and Mahendra Bahubali inspected this gorgeous long province which belonged to King Kunthala and his gorgeous sister Devasena. Little was known about such a goddess in personal forms, but she was a well-known, high class princess of the dynasty. She was one of a pure and golden heart.
As they reached the palace, they talked to the King, and then it was time for the other thing that they had visited Kunthala for. They were supposed to attend the prayers for the late king of Kunthala.
She gathered the personages of her village to the meeting chamber in which she held a prayer session. This was the day of her father's death anniversary. King of Kunthala and Princess Devasena had cautiously held such a prayer. The kingdom would celebrate yet mourn the death of a powerful king.
Amarendra and Mahendra were escorted towards the meeting chambers, as the king proceeded in his chariot. Rajkumari Avanthik ane Rajkumari Devasena proceeded in their respected chariots as well.
A beautiful golden, pure chariot approached as the people of the village, including Amarendra and Mahendra. They were deeply unaware of who blindly sat behind the lace curtain of the chariot. Her body was slim and long. Her tresses were gorgeously lengthily exposed through the creamy lace.
Amarendra finally got see her clearly. He was awestruck.
A powerful chant released the lips of each of the villagers as the curtain revealed it's inside. What was inside? A Pure mystery to the very minds of mankind, for she was a goddess of pure beauty and knowledge.
This day was to be remembered proudly, for the former king of the Kunthala Dynasty had truly touched the village with such a beauty, but he had also graced this earth with another physique, Devasena.
A silver knife fitted at her hip, bladed fingers, powerful, mystical fists. Some say she was purely "cutting edge" while others called her "arrogant, angry" but she was truly a mystery.
Amarendra watched the lacey curtains covering the queen so heedfully for an inner conscious which hauled him towards the front of the villagers, whose fingers pranced around him when he became visible.
The lace curtains revealed themselves, and a fair goddess shadowed the villagers with her beautiful essence, aroma and overlook. Amarendra started walking closer and closer, as his trance on her grew larger and larger.
She released her blade from her satchel and it found its mark on Amarendra's neck.
"Who are you," the village was deafened into utter silence as everyone waited in anticipation of Queen Devasena's actions.
Amarendra's throat was coarse underneath the sharp blade perched against his neck. Blood slowly began to draw from the spot.
He clenched the tip of the sword, and in a reverse action turned it towards her.
The crowd started yelling and started to sprint toward Amarendra. He was nowhere near calm right now, but his heart was rushing at the speed an arrow would travel 100 ft. He felt an acute type of affection for her. He thought that he was truly in love. He was brought back to his senses by five guards all pointing swords at him.
"How dare you try to hurt our Rajkumari?" They all yelled in unison.
"Who certainly said that I was trying to express aggression towards her, as she was the first one to point the sword at me." The soldiers went to silence after they heard this.
"Rajkumari is that true?"
"Yes, it certainly is, because I believe he is a traitor. Until he reveals his real identity, keep him under authorities."
"Your wish is our command." The soldiers tie his hands to his back, and walk back to the prison. He is thrown into a prison cell, and kept there until it was his turn for trial.
Amarendra thought, "The beauty I saw was Rajkumari Devasena. She is mesmerizing. For me to get to her. I will have to prove myself innocent in the trial tomorrow." He sighed
He gazed out at the stares outside the window, and drifted off to sleep.
