About the Show

Zee TV for the first time brings to you a story of a shape shifting monster, A BRAHMARAKSHAS!The story is set in Kamalpura, a village known for its unique ritual where the newly wed brides live under constant fear of the colour red. On one hand, where traditionally, a bride is identified by the red sindoor on her forehead, red bangles on her hands and chiming anklets, the brides of Kamalpura on the other hand, wear white sindoor, white bangles and anklets without ghungroos. They do this to protect themselves from the unknown perils of a vicious beast that has taken over the village. Is it a human or a Rakshash ? Is it a myth or reality ? Who is Brahmarakshas?

The character played by Aham Sharma is a young , witty and carefree boy who plays a key role in unfolding the mystery incidents in Kamalpura. The story of Rishabh and Raina which starts off with both of them being at loggerheads with each other culminates into a beautiful love story..

Krystle Dsouza As Raina Sharma

Played by Krystle D'Souza, Raina is an affectionate, ambitious, graceful and elegant young girl . She is very close to her brother Ajay, and his best friend Rakhi. Due to certain unforeseen circumstances, her life changes completely. In the fight against the unknown, will Raina and Rishabh prevail?.

There are many other actors in the show .. I will add all names to cast list slowly as I get to know their names ..

ajay is rakhi's fiance/ raina's rakhi(raksha bandhan) brother. rakhi does not want to marry him because she loves varun
