Okay, there is someone on twitter that has posted few spoilers about TO S3! He/She happens to be an unofficial source and seems to work on the sets of TO
Spoilers:
1) Cami will die
2) Klaus and Cami will kiss
3) Vincent will become a regent
4) Cami will become a vampire by drinking Vincent's blood
5) Kol will be resurrected
6) Stefan will make a crossover by coming to NOLA
7) Jackson will die
8) Nathan Parsons (Jackson Kenner) was kicked out for being drunk on the sets of TO
9) Stefan and Hayley will try to protect Klaus and Elijah
10) Klaus will give his blessings to Stefan and Caroline (by talking to Caroline on the phone)
11) There will be three years leap in the show
12) Klaus's sireline would get detached from him.
Now its not confirmed that how much he said was true but many of these spoilers have already happened on the show so it's possible that rest of them happen too.
