Which pair do you like? Part 2

So guys, a lot of you are thinking about Malvaika and what will happen to her if Ishaan is to leave her. I know that we are feeling very bad for her cause she has suffered a lot of pain already and many of you have even said of paring her with Veer,  Dr.KD, or a new entry. So just for the fun of it I made another poll for the best match with Malvika.

he was never shown operating the patients!!

Sara is such a good actor that she can have a fab chemistry with anyone! I voted for Malvika and KD. The way he convinced Malvika to play the cricket match cinched it for me. If not KD, then Veer I suppose.

Malvika and KD even a new entry will do who plays really a strong character something like Malvika but Veer i really don't think
