Ali Zafar & Huma Qureshi in Dolly Ki Doli director's next

Dolly Ki Doli director has cast the duo in a road movie which will travel through unexplored parts of India.

In an interview to Mirror (May 5), dishy Pakistan dishy import, Ali Zafar, had revealed that he was taking a break from the Hindi film industry to spend time with his family and focus on his newlylaunched production house. "But there's one idea which I have really liked and am contemplating it," he had added. 

Now, we've learnt that the Tere Bin Laden actor has given the nod to Abhishek Dogra, who made his directorial debut with the Sonam Kapoor-starrer Dolly Ki Doli earlier this year. The film, which will be co-produced by Ahmed Khan and Bhushan Kumar, will also feature Huma Qureshi. 

A source close to the development informed that Ali has been specifically picked for the role because his character is a musician. There are three other important roles which are yet to be cast. 

Confirming this, Ahmed told Mirror, "It's a film about a roadtrip. But we aren't going to Spain or some exotic country in Europe. India is a picturesque country too with many virgin locales which works cinematically for a film like this."
