Khushi is smart in this story, she knew marriage laws and as well of tenants.
Everyone is at fault. Shyam was the test fate has taken from everyone, some bearly passed and others badly failed.
Buaji demand is very weird. I think its a part of her plan because if buaji knows khushi well, she knew that Khushi won't appreciate if Arnav will choose her instead of his family.
