Dadaji gave Kabir the job and asked him to join the business while he had no interest. Sumit forced himself into the business. Dadaji, usually a wise man, has completely got this insanely wrong. He told Kabir is the rght guy for Nisha, Nisha is happy with Kabir, etc etc during Kabir's birthday, and without thinking, he believes Kabir is a thief, without proof.

He should be restricated from the business.
