Are Ranveer & Ishaani divorced ??

Can anybody tell me if Ranveer and Ishaani has divorced.
As far as I know, they are not divorced, then how come
both are getting married again with other partner.
First they will have to get divorce from each other
and then only they can get married to other partner.
Am I right ??? Ranveer is shown as a great businessman.
How come he does not know such simple legal matter.
If Ranveer really wants to stop the marriage of Ishaani and
shikhar then he can use this as valid reason.

no they r not yet divorced. and shikhar idiot knows that (this applies to the character not arjun) 😳 i feel something is going on in shikhar's head and ranveer us also up to something. its not possible that he has forgotten it. I'm sure the cross marriage is not happening. ishveer r still married to each other that is exactly why ritika could not marry ranveer so how can shikhar marry ishani?

Even im thinking the same..why is rv not telling everyone one that he is still ishanni legally wedded hubby.. shikhar cant be  that stuped to marry her without khowing about their divorce. .

The court has to action the divorce. The papers didn't even reach there I don't think so yeh they're still married and no one in the show is frikkin bringing this up!! Rari & Ishkar can't get married legally so wth is all this 😆
