Having played the Indian National sport in his childhood, Anas Rashid aka Sooraj Rathi of Star Plus's hit show Diya Aur Baati Hum, is very kicked about the upcoming Kabaddi sequence in the teledrama. The actor who has won a lot of hearts in the country wants everything perfect for the track so has hired a personal trainer, and is even putting in extra hours at the gym to look his part.

Talking about the track Anas says, "I have fond memories of playing kabaddi with my friends in my village. My love for the sport made me follow the kabaddi tournament last year and I'm glad that I can show off my skills on television now. My trainer takes care of my workout and has designed a special diet for me that I have to follow to build up my stamina. Since the shoot will be outdoors and will be going on for hours, I cannot afford to get exhausted."

Interestingly, Anas has also cut down on his night-outs these days because he ensures to get his eight-hour sleep. "My friends have been calling me up every night, badgering me to go out with them but I really can't. This kabaddi match is one of the biggest tracks on the show and I want it to turn out right. Also, my trainer is really strict when it comes to my sleep so I would rather face my friends' anger than my trainers!" says Anas laughing.
