Suhaani, Agam and Senior Nani play a video game in Ragini's house while waiting for Neil and Ragini to return.
Neil and Ragini drive back happily. Rag asks Neil to stop at the roadside for butta, they get off and have the butta. Neil says Ragini hasn't changed, eating junk food and all. Ragini says that the vada pav of Karjat is famous and suggests that they have that as well. 😆
A flight lands, a guy(Ronnie??) gets into a car, calls and informs someone(I guess that's Nivedita) that he has reached Mumbai.
Neil and Ragini reach home, kids welcome them. (Did they attend the conference at all?? 😆) Agam and Suhaani ask some questions, Neil and Ragini answer, blushing. 😳
Ragini's mom asks them to freshen up and have lunch. Neil says Pam is waiting, but Agam pesters him so Neil says ok. Agam and Suhaani ask Neil and Ragini to sit to eat, while they serve lunch. 😊
(Why the Golmaal hai bhai sab golmaal hai song in the background? 😕 Neil isn't playing any double role here...)
Arav arrives in an auto, gives some bags to his friend Akash and asks him to take it to the decorators. Akash shows Arav a post dated cheque given by a client and asks Arav if they should take up this project at all. Arav is shocked but agrees to go ahead because they would lose business if they kept refusing. Akash reminds Arav about the money to be repaid to the bhai. Arav says he'll manage.
Arav enters the house and sits down with Neil and Ragini. They find him stressed out and asks him what's wrong. Arav dodges their questions and goes into his room. Neil and Ragini realise there's some problem. They decide to talk to him.
Neil leaves with Agam and Suhani, reach Karan's home. Agam and Suhaani sit down with Dimpy. RK and Karan take Neil aside and ask him how was the trip. 😊 Neil tries to act normal. They make Neil sit down and ask what's up.
Pam and Nivedita arrive, Nivedita and Neil tell each other an awkward 'hi' and Neil moves to another side of the room.
Neil tells RK he wants to give Rag a surprise party.
Pam sees RK and Neil discussing seriously and decides to find out what they are upto. Karan stops her under some other pretext. Neil tells RK that tomorrow's party should be the best ever. He asks RK to keep quiet about it.
Ragini opens a saree and smiles, remembering the good old days. It was Ranbir's first birthday when she was opening Ranbir's gifts and finds a surprise gift - the same saree from Neil to her as it's her bday too. 😊
Back to the present, exactly at midnight Neil phones Ragini and wishes her happy bday. Ragini tells Neil that every year she has been looking at the phone at midnight hoping for a call from him. Neil tells her that he can't bear any more separation and tells her about the small party'. Ragini says she's scared and asks him not to do anything extravagant.
Agam tells Suhaani that he overheard Neil talking about the surprise party. They discuss about giving a special gift to Ragini. Nivedita overhears. 😡
Next day, Karan's restaurant is decorated for Ragini's party. Neil calls Ragini and tells her to come to Karan's restaurant in the evening. Ragini suspects that Neil is hiding something but agrees.
Precap: The bhai asks Arav to return his money for face dire consequences. Ranbir is practising shooting and points a gun at Shilpa.
