Chapter 2

400 years later:

Scene 1

She is waiting for Manik at their place of meeting and sees the movement of bush. (Same as the picture.)

Nandini: Kon hai waha? Baahar nikle ye hamara aadesh hai. Moti, his dog came out.

Nandini: Moti aap yaha? Hame laga ke wo aaye hai. Ye aapke mukh me kya hai zara kareeb aaye. She took the dagger from his mouth and is looking at the dagger as if she is crazily in love with that. She knew that this dagger belongs to him and he went away from her forever. Tears started to well up in her eyes.

Nandini is screaming and crying in her sleep. Chachi rushes to her.

Chachi: Mera baccha kyon ro raha hai? Nandu, beta shant hoja! Kya hua tuje? Ro mat!!

Nandini wakes up from her sleep.

Nandini: Chachi kya hua aap yaha? Aap itne tension me kyu lag rahe hai? Kuch hua kya?

Chachi stops her non-stop express.

Chachi: Kuch nai beta, kuch nai hua wo college ka time ho gaya na to tuje uthane aayi. Dekh 8 baj gaye hai. College nai jana kya tuje? Aaj first day hai or tu late ho jaaegi.

Nandini: Chachi!!! Shit!! 8 baj gaye mene to alarm rakha tha. Me Kumbhkaran banti ja rai hu. And with this she rushes to bathroom.

Chachi: Ye ladki pata nai itna kyu roti hai apni neend me. Aisa to kya hua hai iske saath. Muje kuch na kuch to karna padega. Bichaari meri Nandu!!

Scene 2

Manik opens his eyes. And sees himself bounded in chains.

Manik: Hume humari Nandini ke paas jaane de. Hume unse ek antim baar baat karne de. Uske baad hum apne aap ko aap ke hawaale kar denge.

TK: Nandini aapki nahi wo sirf humari hai. Samjhe aap *SCREAMS* SAMJHE.

Manik: Hume is baat ka pramaan dene ki koi zarurat nai hai aapko ke wo kinki hai. Aapko yaha Kunwari Mukti se vivah ke liye bulaya gaya tha na ki Kunwari Nandini ke liye.

TK goes from there in anger. Meanwhile Dhruv comes there hiding from the guards.

Manik: Dhruv Kunwari ko yaha se sahi salamat le jaane ki zimmedari aapki. Unhe aap pahadi ke paas wali jhil par hume milne ko kahiye.

They hear some voices of people talking and preceding towards the prison.

Manik: Dhruv aap jaiye hum bhi aapke saath aate lekin ye Trilok ne agar hume yaha nai dekha to pata nai woh kya karenge shayad Maharaja ko... Nahi nahi hume yaha rukna hoga Maharaja ke liye. Aap turant humara ye sandesa Nandini tak pahocha de. Ab aap jaiye.

Some people come in and ask Manik to leave Nandini.

Manik: Hum Nandini ko aise nai chhod sakte wo or hum ek dusre se behad prem karte hai. Aap jaiye or us Trilok se keh dijiye jo karna he kar le.

They beat him black and blue. He is not able to do anything as he is bounded by those of iron chains. They think he died and go from there.

Moti comes in the prison and starts licking the wounds. He comes to his consciousness.

Manik: Moti aap yaha? Humara ek kaam kijiyega.

He somehow manages to remove his dagger from the waist.

Manik: Lijiye ye khanjar jaa kar Kunwari ko de dijiye ga. Or unki suraksha kijiyega. Ab jaiye yaha se aap warna aapko bhi wo Trilok nahi chodenge.

Tears started to fill his eyes he closes his eyes and feels someones presence.

Nyonika: Beta utho!!! College ke liye ate ho raha hai. Or aaj to tumhe or tumhare band ko perform bhi karna hai. Dekho 9 baj gaye hai.

She sees tears in his eyes.

Nyonika: Beta tum ro kyu rahe ho? Kya hua?
