The best way in my opinion for her to say I love you to manik is that she does it in the same way he has done in today's episode(13th may).
She should hug him and whisper exactly what he said 'close your eyes and put your hand on your heart and feel what I am going to say'.
This moment was so pure which reflects their relationship after all they have found true love in each other.
