Many times in the past contestants of Nach Baliye' have sustained injuries while rehearsing or performing on-stage. And this season of the dance-based reality show is no different.
Actor Himanshoo Ashok Malhotra recently injured his left knee while dancing on stage and later while practicing for his dance act with wife Amruta.
He hurt the same knee twice.
'The injury to the left knee happened in the second performance. Somehow, he continued dancing after bandaging the area. But in another act, Himmamshoo ended up hurting the same area after he fell from a height. Now, he has been on heavy painkillers to sustain himself during the hectic rehearsals," says a source.
Himanshoo and Amruta have been the best performers so far. Swallowing pain killer means that Himanshoo does not want to take the risk of losing the top slot in the show he shares with Amruta. We wish him a speedy recovery so that the hard work does not go down the drain.
