The episode begins with cycle race when Panchi finally manages to get ahead of her competitors. Surekha, Vaishali and Rekha are worried seeing this but Titu is happy so is Govindji and Kamleshji. Vaishali is worried thinking Panchi will win but just then the cycle chain gives away. And the other rickshaw drivers get ahead of Panchi and win the race. Surekha and the evil duo are happy including Manorama but Panchi is heartbroken and she breaks down on the pavement. Surekha is smirking seeing her. Titu goes to her to console her and tells her that his dad tells him every loss takes her closer to victory. Rekha signals to Manorama who goes to Titu and applauds him for taking rest while his wife takes part in a race with roadside rickshaw drivers. She says this was bound to happen since if a husband is good for nothing it is better to drive a rickshaw. Surekha is miffed. Manorama says she wants to honor him and takes out a box from which she pulls out bangles. Panchi is shocked and hurt while Manorama flaunts the bangles in front of Titu. She asks Titu why is he surprised since he is rubbing his wife's shoes so he should wear bangles and sit at home. She further taunts him saying that his wife will be able to feed them both but if that is not possible then he need not feel ashamed to beg them and also adds that how is it possible since he does not have shame. She asks him to take it and asks if it is less and he wants more. Titu takes them and tries to wear but they are small while everyone else are shocked. He tells Manorama they are small and he needs bigger ones but he will keep it since she gave it with love. He tells her he has one question and asks her why she feels that a person who wears bangles are weak? And she is only insulting the bangles by saying this. He says a pillow is useful for him and she should have given that instead. And if bangles are concerned she needs to have a closer look at Panchi's hands and he shows that to her. He says that those hands performed well in the race and gave tough competition too. He asks the crowd if they can see bangles and asks Golu who replies yes. Titu then adds that the hands should not be adorned by bangles since they are a sign of weakness but these hands are not weak. He gives an example when the world did not yet exist. He says that God first created man but realised there is some flaw in man and to cover up that flaw he made a woman. He says that women signifies power, wealth and intelligence and explains the importance of woman and says that in every form a woman excels at something that a man can never be. He says that 'nar' is derived from 'nari' and not other way round and its a woman who gives birth to a man, raises him and supports him. Surekha is beaming with pride for her son. Titu says they assume their shringar to be their weakness. He challenges every men present there if they have that kind of courage and will, they can come forward and do the kind of tasks a woman does. Everyone are impressed with Titu's words. Manorama grumbles that Titu can only talk while everyone clap. Titu says that if one does work with their acceptance then there is nothing wrong in it. He says when a country got independence even women were a part of it and who are they to suppress their freedom? Panchi is worried thinking she did this to open his eyes but he is teaching others a lesson. He goes to the rickshaw drivers and asks them that the condition was that the winner should be allowed to drive their rickshaw and not the losers. Then in that case barring the winner no one else should drive and if one person can take the load of an entire city and then another person supports Titu. The rickshaw driver apologises to Titu saying they had drowned in their ego of being a man that they could not tolerate a woman doing the same job as them but his wife is very brave. He even tells sorry to Panchi and tells her she can drive the rickshaw anywhere in Mathura. Govindji goes to Panchi and says that many got enlightened today except for Titu and he is still the same. Panchi too is sad and says that it is strange that on one hand she is happy and proud on Titu that he respects women and supports them so much but on the other hand she is equally sad that it doesn't matter to him that she is working on the roads despite having him and he is resting at home. Titu comes there and drags Panchi away. He tells her that before riding a rickshaw should he tell a mechanic to fix her cycle but he need not do that since she will do it herself. He goes away and Panchi thinks he is a puzzle who can bring both sides of a coin to a single side just like today when he made her win and also lose.
At Chetan's house Manorama brings a bowl and says she has prepared pulav for his friends who are sitting at the table. Rachna says she will get raita but Manorama says she will go. Chetan asks Rachna to serve but when she opens the bowl there are only raw vegetables in that. Chetan and his friends are shocked. Rachna makes an excuse and says that Manorama isn't keeping well and is beginning to forget things and she requests them to behave normal before her else she will feel bad. Flashback is shown when Manorama prepares pulav for Chetan's friends and puts it in the bowl but Rachna dumps that when she goes away and stuffs it with vegetables. Rachna is smirking thinking she has made arrangement for permanent rest for her. His friends sympathise with Chetan and suggest to take her to a psychiatrist and then Manorama comes there with raita but sees that plates are empty and assumes they have finished eating. They compliment her for the pulav but also suggest she needs rest to which she is surprised. His friend says that after cooking so much she must be tired and she needs rest but she says they are like Chetan, so its not an issue and goes inside.
Govindji is reading Gita when Surekha comes in and tells him that where world treats women like shoe dirt her son's thoughts are so good and pure. Govindji continues to read Gita but Surekha says she does not simply say her son is one among lakhs and what he said today it requires a lot of courage but still people look for flaws in her son. She says was it not enough that Panchi was doing it that now Manorama too joined in? And calls her shameless since Titu saved her son from going to jail but she insulted Titu before everyone. Govindji asks her to calm down and agrees that Titu kept a good point and he deserves praise. He says that not many can tolerate taunts but Titu has displayed his good qualities by tolerating it. Surekha happily agrees and Govindji says today Titu shut up one person today but what about tomorrow? If he does not prove himself to be a good husband then society will taunt him. It would have been good if they had all supported Panchi to change Titu and show him the right path. He says Titu does not understand what is happening with him to which Surekha says her son does not have any bad habits right from his hair to his toes he is a diamond. She tells him he can stand by Panchi all his life but she will only support her son and leaves from there. He tells her they can read Gita together to which she replies its enough he reads it.
Vaishali gets a pastry to celebrate victory over Titu and Panchi getting humiliated but Rekha comes there and eats it. Mukund asks her when she came to which she says the cake was missing her, so she came running to celebrate two good news. Vaishali asks what is the second good news to which she asks her to be patient as the whole house will get to know about it. Vaishali says that instead of telling the important stuff she is telling everything else. Rekha says that along with Titu someone else is going too and takes that cake to her room.
Panchi is making rotis when she hears the jingles of bangles. When she goes out she finds Titu with bangles and smiles at him.
Precap - Panchi is driving Titu in her rickshaw and takes him to a place. She tells him Surekha told her that she is not taking proper care of Titu coz of her job, so thats why she brought him there. Titu tells her he can hardly smell any food to which she says they will not only eat but also enjoy there.
