I do not think being the lead in an American show is such an achievement, in the sense that we do not need to kowtow to the West all the time. I like Priyanka though and wish this does well for her sake. 

Brilliant. Honestly, thought PC will have an important role, but goddamn she's the main protagonist. Plot seems really interesting. Hats off to PC. I love shows like Homeland so definitely watching this.  Edited by Scorpio_Velvet - 8 years ago

Yea, accent could have been better, but she'll get used to it, hopefully. Because doing both Bolly and Holly can be hard and there's no way she'll ever get pure American accent because the fact that she'll be speaking Hindi on a regular basis as well 😆

Regarding the show, and the concept, I like it! 👍🏼 I'll give it a try for sure :)

I just can't wait to see how American viewers take her 😆

The show seems boring and run of the mill. 

Yikes.  I'm rooting for PC, but this series just looks...bad.   Most of the actors look and sound like former models in their first soap opera roles.  They should have put this on Bravo or whatever station the Kardashians are on - some cable network.  Not ABC.  Maybe this will shock me and become a hit.

Katherine Heigel just got canceled, i doubt this is going to last beyond a season. Too many FBI shows. 

Yup, I have that doubt of it lasting longer than a season 😆 It will be a pleasurable shock if this turns out to be a hit! 😆
