Yes she will later on, but will she survive long enough to make peace with TaBhi's marriage if she finds out that Abhi marriage Pragya for revenge and they never had a husband-wife relationship ? The only way to make sure Daadi makes peace with TabHi's marriage and their child is to prevent Daadi from knowing the truth about their marriage, and that can only happen if Pragya becomes the bad guy and gets thrown out, because any other way will affect Daadi's health and also her relations with Abhi.

Because if she tells Daadi that, she will just scold Abhi, but she will never let Pragya leave Abhi. Also he talking back to Daadi may hurt her tremendously, but it will be nothing in comparison as to what will happen if Daadi finds out the truth about their marriage, about why Abhi married her and how he was carrying on an affair with Tanu even after their marriage. Pragya talking rudely wilh Daadi will not result in a heart attack because every child at one point of another talk back/misbehave with an elder, but Daadi finding out what Abhi has done will surely result in her having a heart attack.

Abhi marrying Pragya for revenge would devastate Daadi as much as he knowing that he cheated on Pragya during their marriage. Pragya has refused to marry Abhi initially, it was Daadi who convinced her, so technically it was Daadi's responsibility that Pragya gets the happiness every girl deserves after marriage.
