I never said no to him Shev. In fact up until I saw the whirlpool dude, I was channeling parts of Matt Bomer for R&B. 😆 I say that we take a hybrid of Bomer and Whirlpool dude and edit them into a desi version for the perfect R&B. Anyone good with photoshop? 😛

Seven & Social skills

R&B had at Noon at 2 PM... and at 4:30 too many meetings over lapping with his Argent schedule
He was over due for a visit as well, I liked working from Paris... he did ONE thing, many days he didnt even log on into the Excelsior system
Ranjan would text him "Can u look at two emails I sent to u in the last hour please?"

"What was the line of credit we got for building the Guragon showroom?"

"Do u know how many people we hired in the last 3 years? HR is messed up"
He would chuckle "Ofcourse they are, u hire a bunch of people and hand them no roles,
but pay them they would sit tight and trade on the Indian stock market all day or sell used cars teaming up with crooks on Arya Samaj Rd

Spectrum 20th had over 150 people?, yes sure Ranjan had 36 showroom 16 workshops and 8 distribution warehouses

But "Corp Office" did not require 150... white collar jobs with low or no definition did not add any value

When Ma was around he would gently suggest "Outsource it"
Ma would look at him with pride

"Beta I bought the floor on 20th

"Turn it into  something u can make money out of... it could house 10 companies"

But nope... he ended with an office three times the size of his paris apartment

He scanned the daily install reports...

Gurgaon showroom was a mess.. but strangely Dilshad Garden and Ghaziabad showroom had less than 5% fall out rate...

He turned to page 100... turned to page 68 of both showrroms, all green... no reds

He looked at the Gurgaon showroom.. every page had atleast 10-20 reds

There was no consistency all sorts of transactions were falling out

He compared hardware reports for the three data points.. Gurgaon tied with the other two... 5-7 year old systems well Ghaziabad was a newer showroom but the processor and memory and storage was all similar

He was stumped

Sukrit pinged him on cell phone

R&B really wanted to get out of the Maruti "allocation" meeting

They did that every much in the 2nd week Mrs Sagar would book two hours but it would go for 4

Supply chain bottle necks, demand over flows, which models will be in short supply... which ones they have a glut,
what kind of promos Excelsior should run in order to push those through

It was a meeting Mrs Sagar could handle... Ranjan wanted his thumb print on it

They were a different story

Ranjan wished R&B never drove by them even by accident.

Trehaan was going to start this week... or Samar or all he didnt know... a cubicle was being retro fitted with DOORS to satisfy the dude's ego

He offered Mrs Sagar "I can let go of my office"

"No no.. No absolutely not" she said with a possessiveness that was startling to him

Ranjan over heard parts of that conversation and would quiz her about it


"No... just make sure u finish ur "business" by 11 tonight and log on" Sukrit urged

"What if she wants to cuddle" R&B sent a wink

SHE ALWAYS DID...

"Do it on the call" Sukrit sent a smile
 It was 1:38 PM...22 to Maruti... he took last month's "supply list" and had already marked in red Maruti's delay/short supply and last min canecellations
The showrooms sent big wig customers to the Corp office when their car couldnt be delivered

Ranjan would pass them on to him for PR

Of what they had promised in April they delivered 96.4%... the 3.6% resulted in a flood of random faces he had to entertain


He wondered if Ranjan was conspiring to have Maruti supply fewer in a ploy to improve his social skills

He didnt put anything past the man

II walked up to Mrs Sagar "Is he here?"

"Yes Ishita... please... can I send some lunch?"

"Oh no I already ate" she smiled

"Ur shirt is lovely" Mrs Sagar said

"Its an old shirt" Ii said

Akka had complimented too

"U look lovely.. your face looks flawless in ivory" Mrs Sagar admired her fondly

II nodded

"U have a visitor" she said peeking in

"Umm she says she knows u" Mrs Sagar said

"26?" she turned to II😃

II showed seven fingers to trick him

"27" she says Mrs Sagar relayed😃

"Is she tall?" he asked😈

"Not very" Mrs Sagar said

"Cant be my wife" "So is she pretty?" he asked amused..😈

"VERY" said Mrs Sagar

"Are u sure?"

"I promise" Mrs Sagar declared pinching her throat

"then u may send her in" he half smiled

"What did he ask?" she asked Mrs Sagar😭

"Who it was"😃

"So many Q?" II asked😕

Mrs Sagar opened the door wide

"Aaa jaaon?"😳

"YOU?" he asked... unhappily😛

Chuckle, chuckle. So sweet, Chhota jhagra hoga...RB will mess with her and it will end up in a sizzling session perhaps? Who knows. Very refreshing after the chori  episode and Sam VANDU BALA tan SHRAVU NANDU updates. Bechaara RB he's so stretched out...kitna Kaam karega.
