Ha ha u really don't know daal baati chokha... OK well its very delicious n yummy dish of Rajasthan and east U.P.
You must try it ... Spcly chokha... Made of brinjal potato tomato onion etc... They are cooked in cow dung cakes separately n mixed with spices n raw sunflower oil.

This dish is from the cuisine of Rajasthan in Western India. Baati is made of wheat flour which is then fried in ghee and served with masaledar dal. It tastes yummyy😉

Chokha is made with roasted brinjal, potato, tomatoes and garlic.
