Loved it
will read other chapters slowly as I want to enjoy them

Old man bhishm only wants karns welfare :)

Thank you. Yes, Bhishma wanted only Karna's welfare, but Karna did not know it at the time.

the writing was beautiful. Day ten has arrived.. heading to Bhishma's retirement. am impatient to see Karna's love, valor and anger all on the field.

But you portrayed Lord krushna as god
yes I too respect shri krishna but my view is a little different

Krushna almost did what he wanted
he almost destroyed karns life he could have told him before but no he told the truth at the last moment if he wanted the welfare of karn he would have told earlier
how can expect that karn will leave his mitr for a Kingdom

And I must say that only karn is the man who was against god
but won in his own way being pious and righteous

Ashwathma was against too but he wasn't sure what he was doing he was just blinded by revenge

So Ashwathma got his punishment

Ok I deviated from the topic
a very beautiful chapter
especially the last line when they hug

Thank you.

Did Krishna have a choice? When first he met Karna, he was already King of Anga, Duryodhana's friend and ally. What could he have told him? What difference would it have made? I like to think that telling Karna the truth at that time was Krishna's last-ditch attempt to avert the war. He did not have hopes of success, but he had to try.

He was god god gives chances rather than taking chances

Of course if he had told karna initially that wud have changed many things but alas ...
He tried but war was not averted

But I think krushna had a soft side for arjun
arjun had a edge over karn

But karn got glory he always craved so never mind
