Chapter 13
Another 4 days passed soon. Vardhika were still not in proper talking terms. Sanyukta was busy with nona. She made her laugh day and night. They spend their whole day out going for shopping, lunch, amusement park and did maximum fun. Sanyukta used to forgot all her worries when nona was around.
Shekhawat mansion.
Vidarth shifted to their new house which was just a floor down to randhir. They didn't have much fun in weekdays as everyone was busy. Randhir, Parth and Vidushi used to go to their office and the little Shekhawat used to go to his school. But during night they all had their dinner together as a happy family. Teasing and healthy discussion were their daily dose.
Friday Morning
Randhir was making karan ready for his school. Vidushi entered his room and looked at the duo. She smiled sadly seeing them incomplete.
"Vidushi bua", Karan said looking Vidushi.
Vidushi's trance was broken and she came inside.
"Lao aaj main tayar karu isse", she said and took Karan's tie in her hand.
Karan left randhir and went to Vidushi.
"Acha bachu, bua ke aate hi papa ko bhool gaya", Randhir said smiling.
Karan and Vidushi looked at each other and winked. Then they looked at randhir and struck their tongue out. Both hi fived and started laughing. Randhir smiled seeing them.
"Pata hai bua aaj school ka last day hain aur..", Karan started but stopped as there was a knock at the door.
Randhir asked the person to come in.
"Ramu kaka aap? Kya hua aap ro kyu rahe hai?", Randhir asked when he saw ramu kaka had tears in his eyes.
"Baba woh meri biwi... woh hospital mein hain. Mujhe aaj hi gao jana padega", Ramu said sadly.
"Arre toh isme puchne wali baat kaunsi hai. Aap jayiye aur tayari kijiye main apki tickets book karwata hoon. Aur chinta maat kariye sab theekh ho jayega", randhir said assuring.
"Aur yeh rakhiya paise", randhir said handing him the money.
Ramu kaka wiped his tears and came out. Meanwhile Parth entered the room.
"Yeh ramu kaka ko kya hua?", Parth asked randhir.
Randhir explained him everything. Parth smiled seeing such a caring randhir.
"Chalo ab school chale?", Vidushi asked karan.
Karan jumped from the bed and signaled Vidushi to sit down. Vidushi gave a 'what' look. He pulled her and made her sit on her knees.
He placed a kiss on her cheek and smiled. Vidushi smiled to her fullest and pecked his cheek too.
"Mujhe bhi", Parth asked innocently like a child asking for chocolate.
"Nahi yeh kiss sirf special logo ke liye hain", Karan joked but what he said was truth.
"Acha abhi batata hu", Parth said and the duo started. Parth was like a tom trying to catch his mouse karan.
Vidushi started arranging the things when randhir asked her to come in a corner.
"Kitne ache lag rahe hai na dono", Vidushi said admiring the scene in front of her.
"Haan. Ek baat boli Vidushi manegi", Randhir asked her.
"Haan bol bhai", Vidushi said smiling.
"Kitna acha laga yeh word sun kar. Kitne time baad tunne mujhe bhai bola. Choti", Randhir said smiling.
Vidushi too smiled.
"Choti. Tunne bhi toh kitne dino baad mujhe choti bulaya. Acha abb bol bhi kya baat thi", Vidushi asked.
"Tu aur Parth shadi kyu nahi karlete ho. Tum dono meri wajah se kyu apni zindagi karab kar rahe ho. You two need to think about your future", Randhir said.
"Dekho randhir maine pehle bhi tumse bola hain ki main aur Parth tab tak shadi nahi karenge jab tak sanyukta nahi mil jati. After all she is the reason jiski wajah se aaj main aur Parth sath hain. Parth ne toh mujhse bilkul baat karna chod diya tha jab usse pata chala tha ki maine paiso ke liye chori ki thi", Vidushi said sadly.
"Lekin woh paise tunne Parth ke liye churaye teh. Tu uski help karna chahti thi. I know tera tarika galat tha but intention nahi", Randhir said smiling.
"Aur phir sanyukta ne Parth ko sab sach bataya tha. Lekin woh phir bhi nahi mana tha. But sanyukta didn't give up. Akhir mein Parth ko lekar hi aayi thi apne sath. Usne har baar meri help ki hain aur main hamesha usse bura bhala bolti rehti thi. But end mein jakar we were best friends", she said happily.
"Lekin tum dono meri wajah se kyu..", randhir wanted them to get married.
Vidushi and Parth decided that until randhir finds sanyukta they won't get married. They were together today because of her and they wanted that sanyukta should attend their wedding. They were living together from last 8 years with a 'just engaged' tag.
"Please randhir. Aur shadi ka kya hai. Engagement toh ho hi chuki hain. Yaad nahi tune aur Sanyu ne hi toh milkar karwayi thi", Vidushi asked him with her eyebrows up.
"Haan haan yaad hai woh din jab mera bichara dost ne hamesha hamesha ke liye apni zindagi tumhare naam kar di thi", Randhir said dramatically.
Vidushi smiled and her mind went back to the day when they got engaged.
Flashback:
The engagement day
"Yaar kya problem hain sabki, koi sunne ko tayar hi nahi hain", Sahil said maddened.
"Yaar please koi toh batao ki kaunse phool lane hain? Lavender or Orchids? ", Yoyo asked randhir.
"Dono", Sanyukta shouted from other end.
"Dono kyu? Sirf lavender hi theekh hai", randhir asked.
"Nahi orchids will be better", Sanyukta argued.
And what was needed more. Their famous argument session started.
"Chup ho jao", Yoyo shouted. " Main jasmine lekar aonga."
He said and left for his work. Sanyukta and randhir were left dumbstruck. Every one smiled and continued their work.
At night
Cherish Banquet Hall
"Main theekh lag raha hoon na", Parth asked for the umpteenth time.
"Agar aab tune pucha na ki tu theekh hai toh main sach mein teri halat karab kar dunga", Randhir warned him.
Vardhan sir, PKC, Yoyo, Sahil, Yoyo chamchas were present among the few guest.
"Yaar yeh ladkiya kitna time lagati hai", Sahil said irritated.
"Arre agar woh sajne mein time nahi lagayegi toh kya tu lageyega", Yoyo pulled his leg.
"Main dekh kar aata hoon kaha reh gaye yeh", Randhir said.
"Sanyukta se milna ja raha hai", Parth whispered in yoyo's ear.
Randhir listened it and gave him a glare. He went to the waiting room and what her saw left him stunned.
There was Sanyukta standing in a beautiful pink saari trying to wear her earing. Randhir moved in but his senses were not working properly.
Sanyukta saw him in the mirror and turned around.
"Tum yaha kya kar rahe ho randhir", Sanyukta asked him.
He kept his finger on her lips indicating her to keep quiet. He took the earing and made her wear. All this while Sanyukta was blushing.
He turned her and both faced to the mirror. Randhir smiled seeing themselves and signaled her that she was looking beautiful. Sanyukta smiled and looked down blushing. He smiled and kissed her right cheek.
"Ahem ahem", their moment was broken by someone.
"Engagement meri aur Parth ki ho rahi hai lekin romance tumhara chalu hai", Vidushi teased them.
Both separated and looked at her.
"Arre essa kuch nahi main toh apni behen ko dekhne aaya tha. Jija ji se intezzar nahi ho raha tha toh dekhne aa gya", randhir said teasing her.
Vidushi blushed and replied, "Parth ka toh pata nahi lekin tumse intezzar nahi hua sanyukta ko dekhne ka."
"Waise tu bhi kuch kaam sundar nahi dikh rahi. After all Randhir Singh Shekhawat ki behen jo hai", randhir said smiling.
Vidushi smiled at her comment. She was lucky to have a brother like Randhir.
"Acha abb chale niche nahi toh aur koi bhi upar aa jayega", Sanyukta said.
Randhir nodded his head. They brought Vidushi down. Parth was awestruck seeing her. His mouth was left open.
"Mooh toh band karlo dhule raja", Yoyo said closing his mouth.
This brought Parth back to reality. He then went to the corner of the stage and helped Vidushi come up.
Vidushi was dressed in a pink green lehenga with matching jewellery. Parth was dressed in a blue sherwani. Both were looking perfect.
Everyone was smiling and clapping for them. Randhir and sanyukta came with their engagement rings.
"Acha pehle yeh toh decide karlo ki kaun kis taraf se hai?", Yoyo said.
"Main toh apni behen ke side se hi hu", Randhir said.
"Main apne bhai ki side se hu", Sanyukta said smiling.
"Aur main bhi Parth ke side se hi hu", Sahil said going to Parth's side.
"Oji toh main Vidushi ki side se ho jata hu", Yoyo said smiling.
"Oji sir ji aap dono kis side par hai", yoyo asked Vardhan and PKC.
"Hum dono ki side se hai. Aur kuch puchna hai yoyo", Vardhan said little sternly and that was enough to scare yoyo.
Everyone then looked at the couple. Parth And Vidushi. Soon to be going VIDARTH.
Both smiled seeing each other. Everyone was happy. Randhir handed the ring to Vidushi. Sanyukta gave the ring to Parth. The platinum rings were gifted by Randhir and sanyukta to them.
Both exchange their ring. Vidushi did first followed by Parth. Everyone clapped and hooted for the couple.
Randhir took the mic and said, " I want to say something. I want each and every to say something about the newly engaged couple. Sir can you?", Randhir asked to Vardhan sir.
Vardhan smiled and took the mic.
"I am really happy today that these two are together. I just hope that they don't let their professional life get affected by their love life. And all I can say is stay happy forever", Vardhan said.
Everyone smiled as they knew Vardhan sir was very bad at expressing his feelings.
"Ab meri bari", Yoyo said and took the mic. "Kitni great hai hamare Parth paji...Oh ji main apne Parth paji ko dhanyawad bolna chahunga ki apne hamri bala apne sar par le li", Yoyo joked to which everyone laughed but Vidushi got angry.
"Tujhe toh main baad mein batati hu yoyo ke bache", Vidushi said.
Yoyo smiled and said, " Oh ji main toh majak kar raha tha. Main bahut khush hu aap logo ke liye."
Yoyo said and handed the mic to Sahil.
"Congratulations to both of you. May you live happily. Abse main Vidushi tumhe bhabhi bolunga", Sahil said smilingly.
Saying so Sahil handed the mic
to Sanyukta.
"Thank you Parth. Thanks vidu. Tum dono ne meri baat mankar sabse acha
kaam kiya. I am happy that you decided to get engaged. Parth has given me the
best thing in this world. A brother like him. Mujhe kabhi bhi bhai ka pyaar
nahi mila lekin Parth has always loved me, taken care of me aur sabse achi baat
he pampers me a lot. He fulfils all my demands. Whether he used to be free or
not, he never failed to fulfil all of them. I am really very blessed to
have a brother like him. And Vidushi is even luckier to have him as his life
partner. May god bless you both and you always live happily", Sanyukta
said all this with tears in her eyes.
Even Parth's eyes filled with tears. Parth signaled her and both shared a hug. Everyone clapped seeing them. Randhir was so happy to see them.
"Ab mujhe bhi essi hi baatein suni hai Randhir se", Vidushi said and made a puppy face.
Sarth knew Vidushi's wish will not be fulfilled. Randhir was a carbon copy of Vardhan sir in this field. He too doesn't express his feelings.
Randhir looked at her and he couldn't say no to his sister.
"Vidushi. Iss ladki se maine aaj tak theekh se baat nahi kari thi. I always find her irritating. But time passed and she made me realised that what I thought was wrong about her. She is an angel who has been send by god for me as sister and for Parth as her life partner. I promised her that I will protect her and fulfil all her demands. So see choti maine teri demand puri kardi. Teri engagement karwa di Parth ke sath. All the best Parth. Iss jhalli ladki ko jhelne ke liye tayar ho ja. Aur hai I am warning you. Meri choti ka khayal rakhna. Agar iski aakho mein ek bhi aasu aaya na tog yaad rakhiyo mujhse bura koi nahi hoga. Love you both", Randhir said all that in one go.
Tears made their way out from Vidushi's eyes. She didn't know that Randhir will say all such things in public. But he did it and she was proud to have a brother like him. She went and hugged him. He too hugged her back.
Sarth smiled seeing them. Today, Sanyukta was proud of Randhir.
"Agar bhaiyo aur unki beheno ka rona dhona ho gaya ho toh kuch nach gana ho jaye", yoyo said and went to DJ.
Yoyo pulled everyone on the dance floor. Everyone was dancing and enjoying. Sandhir were grooving on the dance number.
(Ab main ganna describe nahi kar rahi. Imagine yourself. Todha apna dimag bhi doudhayo😆)

"Kaha khoyi hui ho?", Parth asked breaking Vidushi's trance.
"Kahi nahi. Bass apni engagement ke baare mein soch rahi thi", Vidushi said and Parth gave her sad smile.
He knew Vidushi was missing sanyukta. After all they became best friends and Nanad-Bhabhi.
"Office chale?", Parth asked.
Vidushi nodded her head and both went to office.
