And before everybody starts with the conspiracy theories:

Kamaal Khan sang Ishq Vishq song from Wanted, which was recorded in 2009.

He couldn't have disappeared in 2008. He's just not in India. He's a British national and according to international law, he can't be treated under Indian Law. Either the International Court of Justice will have to intervene - and that's not happening because they only look into heinous sociopolitical, environmental, and economic crimes - or he has to be held under British Law.

In short, he's under no obligation to come to India or testify in front of the court.

Just because the Sessions Court and Media in India aren't aware of his address in England - doesn't suggest that he's lost.

Whether Salman is guilty or not - in reality - is irrelevant as long as the Prosecution doesn't prove that he was behind the wheels. It doesn't matter if he was drunk if they can't prove he was driving. Sessions Court made a big mistake by declaring a verdict without inspecting all loose ends of the case. There is no concrete proof that Salman was driving and in Court, you have to prove that so and so is guilty. The accused is under no obligation to prove his/her innocence. The prosecution has to prove his/her guilty.

The High Court will quash this case because it doesn't have legs. For Salman, the Black Buck/Illegal Arms case is far more deadlier than this hit-and-run case.

While your enthusiasm to declare Salman innocent is touching...I just want to remind you that prosecution has conclusively proved Salman WAS driving-First of all thru Patil's statements and secondly thru fifty thousand other witnesses who saw him get into the car at the wheel and come out of the car from the wheel before he ran away. Dont get excited by the bail. Its a long road ahead which might end up with Salman getting a sterner sentence when the case concludes after 20 years,

Bhai acted in movies funded by underworld like Chori Chori Chupke Chupke. Maybe now they are returning the favor.

Oh he definitely has the Dubai connection...thats another reason both main witnesses were scared to testify against him, driver was ready to be the fall guy and why BW bigwigs are always supporting him. Sabko apni jaan pyari hai where Dubai goons are concerned.
