Part 3I heard my parents talking about getting me married...
They decided to start slowly so that if they come across good alliance...
They can arrange my marriage...
I smiled...
I was thinking, finally the day of meeting my life partner is very near...
Few days passed...
My father came to house excited...
He express to my mother that he is awarded best performer of the year as he achieved good sales target though working in a small city...
My mom was equally excited hearing this...
My father informed my mother to get ready to go to Delhi...as the prize distribution and function is arranged in Delhi...
We started the next day packing our bags and reached Delhi by bus...
The party was arranged in a big hotel...
I was amazed seeing the luxurious hotel...
We entered into the party hall...
All office staffs were in the party...
I dressed up myself in a pink colour party wear...
I can feel few eyes were flirting at me...
I started feeling little uncomfortable...
Still as the party started and prize distribution commenced...
All were busy in looking into it including me...
Finally Best performer award was won by my father...
I was really excited..
I started clapping my hand and was not stopping till everyone stop clapping him...
I was very much excited to see the recognition my father got for the hard work he did all these days...
My father called us to stage to share the happiness...
Myself and my mother went to the stage...
We took photograph together with the award given to my father...
The party continued with the dinner...
After having dinner... finally the party come to an end...
We went back to the room arranged for us..
I was feeling tired...
I lay down in the bed and closed my eyes...
That is when my father got that call...
He was talking to someone for sometime...
From the version of what he was talking i can understand that he is talking something related to me...
As he was telling my details in the phone...
like my studies, my age, about searching for alliance for me...etc.. etc...etc...
He finally concluded with a happy gesture and inform that he will come back on that after discussing with us... that is his family...
He disconnected the line...
I was eager to know what he was talking about me...
Still i didn't open my eyes and reveal that i am awake as i thought they may stop talking if i do so... in case if they dont want me to know about it...
My dad was telling my mom that the call was from his MD...
His MD was the one who distributed the prize in the award function...
My dad was telling, he was very much impressed by me... he appreciated that i am beautiful girl... he wanted to get me married to his son...
My Mom was not in the floor...
She was on top of surprise...
My Dad said... his MD is very rich and they cant even dream about such alliance in his life... if such alliance is coming for me then it is something miraculous and i am lucky enough for that...
He also certified that the boy did his studies in US and returning to India soon...
So MD wants to arrange his marriage as soon as he return to India...
Further he said... his MD told to meet the next day to collect the photo of the boy...
So that i can look into the photo and accept the alliance...
Once all of our family members are ok for the boy...
Then MD will be proceeding with the marriage arrangements...
Is it not quiet strange... that boy's father is ready to accept marriage arrangements...
BUt it seems like he told only i am required for them as daughter in law...
Rest expenses will be taken care by him..
What else required for a parents other than getting such alliance for their daughter...
My parents were not in this world...
I was not less in getting excitement...
I was equally excited to know about the boy... See his photo...
Its just matter of 1 day...
Anyway the next day my Dad will be going to meet the MD and bring his photo...
If my parents are ok with the boy then they will be showing the photo ultimately to me only...
I was eager to know about my life partner...
