Lovely OS Subha. Sorry for reading it so late. I did tried to read it 2 or 3 times earlier but some how could not even get to open the link. Good that you have given a month's time fro Suraj to get trained to play which looks realistic. It would be better for Suraj to get trained by Sandy at least initially as he will not be feel dejected while getting trained (policed) by the team coach. Since he is a grown up man, it will be difficult for him to get orders or taunts by a coach in front of his fellow players. So he should practice to be able to hold the breath for a longer time and also flexibility of leg movements before he enroll himself for the tournament and also to get selected for the team.
