Nice teaser, as promised here I am with my comments finally
First of all there is so much chemistry between Arnav and Kushi even after 9 years and the bitterness of physical separation has caused more sadness than emotional separation they can still feel each other and connect with each other strongly. I always felt that Kushi's reluctance to give their relationship another chance was not only because arnav has neglected her for some time inspire of her trying to mend it, #1: I think lack of kids and I think it is because she thinks or knows that she lacks something and thinks Arnav deserves more since he connects with Lavanya's kids very well. Arnav admitted that he does not know Kushi's routine as before. #2 maybe Arnav was not ready to have his own kids but again he loves Lavanya's kids so not sure about this. This is my 2 cents
Regarding the teaser I think when they go to meet Kishi's parents, Kushi's desire to have her own kids comes out? She is taunted by Payal? She singing lullaby for Payals kids?
