As she writes with mix language dialogues... So the translation and some editing is done me.. And rest actual story is written by AMBREEN... 

Part 4----

After their cute hug Raman goes to office...he cancels all meetings... He starts researching about TB...and where the best specialists are...etc...in 4 hours he masters on TB...Mihir comes and asks why all the meetings were cancelled? Raman closes his laptop immediately and says simply...and asks him the time Mihir says it's 12:30...

Raman takes his coat and runs home
Mihir gets puzzled by Raman's attitude...Raman says Ishita we have to go we are getting late.

Shagun- where are you guys going?

Raman- we are going out for lunch

Shagun- wow great..can I join you?

Raman- aahhh...well no we are having lunch with my boss...we will go sometime else...

Ishita goes to her room and Raman follows her and says...

Raman-chalo jaldi

Ishita- kaha... aapke boss ke lunch par? (she smirks)

[Where... For lunch with your boss?]

Raman- mazak mat karo come on.. let's go...

[Don't joke come on... Let's go...]

Ishita- aap chaliye mein aap ke peeche peeche...

[You go I am coming behind you...]

Raman- phir daura pad gaya madrasan ko...

[Again Madrasan got fit...]

Raman and Ishita were in the car... But no one starts the conversation... They both knew what a serious thing they're going for...

Ishita's mind- I am very lucky ki mujhe Raman jaisa pati mila hai... yeh kitni parwah karte hai meri...murugan inko har haal mein khush rakhna...

[I am very lucky to have Raman as my husband... He tries to know me... Murugan make him happy in every possible situation...]

Raman's mind- Isko kuch nahi hona chahiye mata rani...iske bina mein mar jaaonga...she is everything to me...

[Nothing should happen to her Mata Rani... Without her I will die... She is everything to me...]

They reach the hospital and Ishita gets changed and lies on the bed... Raman is holding her hand and brushing her head with another... They both give a smile of hope...

You will be ok...tum bilkul theek ho jaogi...-says Raman

[You will be ok... You will be fine]

The doctor comes in and says- we are ready let's get this started..

Raman- kya mein yahin ruk sakta hoon?

[Can I stay here?]

Ishita- nahi Raman aap yahan ruk kar kya karoge waise bhi doctors ko uncomfortable hoga...

[No Raman what you will do by staying here then too doctors will feel uncomfortable...]

(The process is really painful and she didn't want him to see it)

Raman leaves the room his eyes start watering up...he goes to the entrance where there is the lil temple he puts his hands together (in namaste posture) and says-
Hey matarani... meri Ishita ko kuch hone mat dena ..mein uske bina jee nahi sakta...meri beti ko uski maa se dur mat krna please...Ishita bahut achi hai usne aaj tak kuch galat nahi kiya... kabhi kisi ko dukh nahi diya...bahut hi achi hai..toh aap usse kuch nahi kar sakte...konsi galti ki saza mil rahi hai use jab kuch nahi kiya?... toh? aap mujhe punish karo Ishita ko nahi... please...iske baad kuch nahi mangoon ga... I promise.

[Hey matarani... Don't do anything to my Ishita... Please don't make my daughter away from her mom... Ishita is very nice she hasn't done anything wrong till now... She hasn't given any sad reason to anybody... She is really very nice... For which mistake you are punishing her when she hasn't done anything?... So? You should punish me instead of shita... Please... I will not ask anything after this... I promise.]

He goes back near Ishita's room and sees through the little hole on the door... he sees Ishita is in pain she is catching the bed really tight he can't stop himself... he goes inside and catches her hand tightly...

Raman says- Ishita kuch nahi hoga tmhe... bas thodi der aur...

[Ishita nothing will happen to you... only some time more...]

Ishu opens her eyes and through her wet eyes she sees her loving,caring hubby...nd smiles...

Ishita says- I will miss you ...I will miss you so much..

Raman- shut up.!!! kuch nahi hoga tumhe ,! kahin nahi jaa rahi ho!! yeh doctors tum ko bilkul teekh kar denge...

[Shut up!!! Nothing will happen to you! You are not going anywhere!! Doctors will make you well soon...]

(his eyes well up)

He asks the doc isn't there any other way as her wife is feeling a lot of pain.

Doc- normally hum anesthesia dete hai ...lekin inko usse prob hai...inki body anesthesia se react karta hai...aur hum uss haalat mein kaise treat karenge...iss liye unhe itna pain sehen karna pad raha hai...waise aap ki biwi strong hai mr bhalla... koi aur aurat itna pain sirf shayad janm dete waqt hi sahaati hai.

[Normally we give anesthesia... But she has problem with it... Her body react by having anesthesia... And in that situation how can we treat her... That's why she has to bear lot of pain... By the way your wife is very strong Mr. Bhalla... Anyone else can bear this much pain only when she gives birth to her baby.]

Raman realizes the amount of pain by the docs words...

After the treatment everyone goes out except for Raman...who is holding her hands and not letting her to go...

Ishita- Ruhi itni aasani se mil gayi na ...toh shayad isliye bhagwan mujhe iss roop se pain de rahe hai...

[I got Ruhi so easily... So that's why God is giving me pain by this way...]

Raman- Ishita mein tumhe aise nahi dekh sakta...

[Ishita I can't see you like this...]

Ishita- Raman sach mein aaj utna pain nahi hua kyonki mere pati mere saath mera haath thaame huye baithe the...

[Raman truly today I didn't feel much pain because my husband was with me holding my hands sitting close to me...]

Raman smiles and says lets go home...
