It may not be a dream sequence...
coz the line says 'asal me' which means they must have actually kissed each other in real n not in any dream😊
Just my thoughts😃

Probably Ishan kissed Aaliya while he's drunk or something and hence she's avoiding him and he's wondering if anything happened...again...random thought.
