Let me know what you think.π

Heaving a sigh she broadened her arms and reached for the top shelf. She was still an inch shorter. Or two.
Tiptoe. She poised herself solid on the cold flooring.
Her hands planted sternly in the duster.
Cleaning up was a grave task. And enduring it alone was graver. But why did she had to do the storeroom. It was pointless, wasn't it? So she thought. The shelves were smeared grey exposing a fleck of brown wood here and there, even the bulbs were wrapped up in dust rather than the transparent crystalline one would expect. Couldn't they have assigned her a classroom or a library?
Never mind. She was halfway through it. Already. Owing to the life experience she had reaped at the orphanage the task seemed lighter than it ought to.
Bang!
A pile of moth-eaten books flung down.
"Ahchooo!" she let out a sneeze as a flock of grit ambushed her nostrils.
"AHhhahhhchooo!" sne sneezed again. Then once more.
She scraped the duster and rubbed her then red nose with the back of her palm.
"I'd be careful if I were you" The familiar voice startled her.
She squealed, then turned around to see Sidharth Rajput leaning on the door frame with a smirk deployed on his face. On seeing her shocked, he threw his head back in a bray of laughter.
He looked different today. Good different. She observed.
He wasn't wearing his suit. And no tie.
His white shirt hung close to his body texturing his abs. The boy had a good body and he knew how to take care of it.
His chuckle roused her from the trance.
Her lips forged forth a Frown. Not that he annoyed her but the fact that she'd want to check him out vexed her. A bit too much.
"Go away Sidharth! I have less time to waste in you." she huffed.
"Neither do I want to pester you Siyali" he said striding closer. "This room is quite ancient. No one's been here for a long time, things are a bit wobbly here" he paused "and you might end up hurting yourself" he filled in positioning himself a feet or two away from her.
The concern in his voice caught her off guard. Her glance fidgeted across the room.
He cared. But why. She felt unsure.
She stood there biting her lower lip.
"Don't bite it too hard, or you'll bleed yourself" he said failing to keep his face straight.
She was about to counter back when she noticed the panic in his eyes.
"Oh shoot!the fan, move away Siyali" he screamed. She faced up and saw the fan dropping, on her.
She sew her eyes shut in anticipation of the awaiting pain. But instantly, she felt herself being pushed back.
"Ouchhh!" Sidharth's cry poked her ears.
She opened her eyes to see Sid wincing in pain. The fan had came crashing down on him. He saved her.
"Sidharth" she yelped running towards him.
Despite the fan being heavy she managed to get it off him.
"Are you all right" she panicked helping him to his feet.
"Yeah, kinda" he assured her.
But she wasn't convinced.
"Turn around Sidharth" she demanded.
He shook his head in disagreement.
"I said turn around now" she screamed.
He turned around. Unwilling.
His white shirt had a red coloring in the middle. Her eyes went wet.
"Blood" She touched him on his back.
"Oww" he flinched.
"You'r bleeding Sidharth" she cried.
"It's just blood Siyali" he retorted facing her. He seemed unaffected.
"Let's get you to the med room" she pursued.
"That's not necessary Siyali" he protested.
"Please" she begged him. He couldn't say no. Not to this girl. Ever.

"Loose your shirt Sidharth" she said retrieving the first aid box from the shelf.
He placed his hands on the table and stared at her.
"Loose my shirt" he verified.
A smirk adorned his face at the very thought of it.
She turned red. She knew what he was hinting.
"Get those perverted thought out of your mind Sidharth. I have to apply meds on you back. So you take off your shirt" she explained walking over to him.
"Why don't you do it for me Siyali" he teased her.
"Come on Sidharth" she dissented.
"Well if you want to apply meds, you take off my shirt. I have no desire to apply meds on me" he insisted.
"Fine!" she growled.
She carefully undid each button of his shirt. Her fingers slightly brushing his chest. It was a torture for him.
Every time she did that he wanted to pull her toward him and crash his lips on him.He left out a sigh. This girl! She affected him so much.
She pulled the shirt off him.
"Stand up Sidharth and turn around" she instructed.
He obeyed her.
He was badly hurt. She could see.
The red stood out on his well toned back.
A tear escaped her eyes. It was all because of her.
She took a piece of cloth and slowly wiped off the blood. He flinched.
"Does it hurt Sidharth" she asked blowing softly on his wound. Her lips almost touching his back.
"I feel good now" he smiled.
After wiping off the blood. She discarded the cloth. And started applying iodine on him.
When he winced, she paused and blew at his wound nullifying the pain.
Tears were streaming down her face. Somehow it ached her to see him in pain. It was her fault that he was hurt.
She didn't speak a word. Neither did he. The silence playing between them was awkward.
"You're all done Sidharth" she finally broke the stillness and turned him to face her.
His eyes stung as he saw her face.
It was blood red. She was crying.
"Siyali, please don't cry" he caressed her cheeks.
She couldn't take it anymore. She crashed on to his chest. He hugged her back. Tight.
"I'm so sorry, it all because of me" she uttered between her sobs.
"It's okay. It's really okay, please don't cry." he said running his hands through her hair.
"Siyali if you don't stop crying, your so called brother Utkarsh will come here and pounce on me, you don't want me to take anymore damage,do you?"
She grinned. He knew how to make her smile. Even when she couldn't do it.
He drew her face up and wiped off the last tear from her eyes.
"See, your all good now" he spoke cupping her face.
He had no idea what he was doing. When he was alone with this girl, it felt like magic. Like he was spellbound.
He couldn't control himself. Not even a little.
They stood there in time lost in each other.
Tring!!!!
The bell stirred them from the trance. She broke away from the hug.
"Your shirt" she said handing over his shirt.
"Will you help me put it on?" he inquired with an innocent look on his face.
"I think I should go now" she blurted out sensing the tension between them.
She was about to turn back and leave when he caught her by her wrist.
She turned to face him, puzzled.
"Thank You" he paused " for taking care of me." he let out a genuine smile.
She couldn't help but smile back.
"Thank You Sidharth, for saving me." she mouthed back.
"I'll see you around, Siyali" he whispered letting go of her hand.
"You too Sidharth" she responded.
Sidharth Rajput stood there watching her walk away.
As she reached the door, she turned back and gave him a smile.
He could live with that.
Little did he know that soon she would conquer his heart.
Or maybe she already might have.
